Exelent location,near to the main international airport,quik transfer,good&safe parking facilities,friendly staff.

Extremely handy for the airport with a free minibus shuttle every hour.

There is smoking everywhere, with the exception of the smoke free international restaurant. The bar was too smokey and as we don't smoke it gave me a sore throat it was so bad. The wi-fi only works in a small part of the lobby - not good enough for such a large hotel. There was no hair dryer in the room.

The two women at the front desk were rude, didn't know how to use foreign credit or debit cards and almost caused me to lose my plane. They were telling me that I had no money on my cards; I was telling them that their card machine wasn't working and when I finally got them to try another one and to let me do it, my card worked, of course. They didn't even tell me "I'm sorry"... That hotel should at least use people who know how to charge credit and debit cards...

Shower not working properlly,too hot in the room,can not adjust the temperature

The courtesy of the front desk personnel. The availability of a free shuttle for the airport. The location in close proximity to the airport. The room was fairly quiet, which is a necessity when you have an early flight and want to rest.

The room smelled stale; the shower floor was chipped and rusted; the shower curtain was molded at the base; the toilet seat was dislodged, and we both got hurt every time we sat on it (fell to the side); the sink was dirty. We asked the front desk to call the restaurant "Casa Romaneasca" and inquire whether they were open for dinner, and they reassured us they were open and the phone call was un- necessary. We walked the entire distance to the restaurant (about 1 km) in a cruel weather, only to get there and learn that the restaurant was closed for dinner that night. What a disappointment that could have been avoided by a simple phone call!

Clean, great location, excellent value, fast check-in, and the list goes on.

The paid parking for guests who stop by just for a meal or to drop someone off (1-2 hour stay).

Handy position for airport in case of early price, reasonably clean and comfortable, good value for money.

The restaurant staff was absolutely unprofessional and uncaring. I had to wait almost 1 hour to get served, and it wasn't even what I had ordered!!! They didn't even offer a snack, drink or word of apology, except at the end of the meal the restaurant manager offered a coffee ("free of charge, of course"). If you have another option, AVOID THE RESTAURANT !!!

We brought a group to the hotel on Sept. 20th at about10:30PM and we misplaced the ticket at the gate so we couldn't find it right away. The gentleman in the booth was extremely rude and disrespectful while we were looking for the ticket.We did finally find the ticket but we left with a very sad feeling that a young man could be so unkind.

Booked simply as it was close to airport and we had early flight out the following day. As an airport hotel if offers everything you need. As hotel is on a busy dual carriageway you can only access it from Southbound direction, so if coming from Bucharest heading North you need to drive past hotel a few km to be able to turn round and likewise when leaving hotel to go to airport you have to head south a few km then turn round and come back past hotel again. Staff were very helpful, shuttle bus from airport just had a to call hotel for and they came to pick us up, they will only come if you have a reservation though so book in advance. At hotel, rooms are very clean and comfy, everything you require. We didnt eat or use bar in hotel as it was simply an overnight stop. Staff did get us a cab to head into town centre about 15-20 min drive cost about 25Lei - about £5. Make sure you use the 1.39Lei/km cabs, it says rates on doors. Took 6am transfer to airport for flight, all fine. Just what you want from an airport hotel.

Quite a few street lights and so on about and thin curtains meant rooms were quite bright at night so could bother light sleepers, so maybe take eye mask if that bothers you.
