L'hotel è posizionato in zona centrale, quindi molto comodo per girare la città. Il personale addetto al ricevimento non spiega mia bene se la colazione è compresa oppure no, non sono solerti nel fornire e le informazione sui servizi dell'hotel. |

Breakfast 20 euro is expenisve , but the breat and croissants was very good and frech and crisp. The best I have fund in all romania .The reception lady Georgiana wa very kindly with all her information . Very good . |

The hotel is centrally located close to the shopping district and university-area. The views from the rooms are good, The breakfast is expensive what what you get. Staff is not really interested in what you wish to have, in particular in the breakfast room. Avoid the hotel-restaurant. |

All was very nice except that the transfer from the airport was charged 15euro per person. We had requested a mini bus service and we got a private taxi. |

i was told by friends that this was a nice hotel to stay. I liked the cafe-bar and the staff there. Very helpfull and polite. Our room was clean and nice.... I was shocked to realised that we had to pay for the tv and when we booked our itenery said executive room with free internet access, but your staff gave us a normal room and we had to pay for the internet... |

The parking price was simply scandalous : 160 RON for one night. Internet access was not free: this is incredible for a hotel supposed to be a luxury one. |

Central location. Driving to meetings is easy as you go against traffic in most directions. Windows cannot be opened, room was very warm and adjusting temperature takes a long time. |

Service charge pitäisi laittaa valmiiksi ainakin huonepalvelulaskuun ja ravintolassakin on kiusallista kun tarjoilijan on käsketty sanoa että tippi ei sisälly laskuun, muutenkin palvelu ravintolassa on vähän konemaista, respassa ja baarissa puolestaan luonnollisen ystävällistä. |
