Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
5 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.

We had a great stay for two days and took advantage of the Spa and Pool facilities. It's great in summer because of the private beach and it is great in winter becuse of the indoor pool with spa/massage/sauna facilities. The lobby is full of smoke from the bar, where smoking is permitted. For going to the spa building you have to go by feet through a tunnel or through outside. It's not so interesting in winter. |

The ammenities were excellent, accomodating staff, rooms were nice, pool and beach area were great, very nice nice dining area and entertainment during dinner, and very modern work out facility. Well on it's way to being 5 stars! Only one elevator and the beach towels were getting a little raty. |

I liked the overall appearance of luxury and calm of the hotel. Staff was polite and accommodating. Good service in the restaurant also. I do not believe the room was clean enough,especially the balcony was invaded with insects, spiders nets were hanging on the balcony ceiling, obviously nobody was there to clean for a long time. |

sea view they are doing a lot of economy ,the standards for 4 stars hotel was not visible, the prices are high, no soaps and shampoos in the room, lots of cockroaches in the hotel , a poor and bad smelly restaurant, no service for breakfast and lunch in the garden (they should just open the windows!!!),for having internet in the room we should buy a cable(25 Ron) in hotel and use it in the room!! |

schöne, saubere und moderne Zimmer. Gute Lage am schönen Strand. Recht komfortabel und gute Infrastruktur. Die Qualität der Speisen (Frühstück) empfand ich als durchschnittlich, d.h. sie könnten besser sein. |

In primul rand mi-a placut latimea patului - 2 m - care da un confort deosebit. Curatenia camerei si setul de baie (sampon,sapun stil). Daca scrie pe booking.com ca Internetul e gratuit, atunci trebuie sa fie gratuit si fara smecherii de Dambovita/Constanta. In camera este o notita ca pentru acces internet in camera trebuie cumparat cablul, altfel internetul din camera e gratis!!!! Nu se fac astfel de smecherii cand platesti 185 Euro pe noapte!! Alta sugestie: Prosoapele de plaja ar trebui sa fie disponibile undeva in drumul spre plaja. Alta sugestie: personalul ar trebui ales mai atent la capitolul atitudine. Unii ospatari au o atitudine distanta ca de mari sefi de sala. Alta sugestie - pentru ulterioarele renovari: stilul "Design" al decoratiunilor interioare este impersonal si nu cadreaza cu arhitectura mediteraneana/calda a hotelului(gri,maro,negru,argintiu) |

Nehe am Mehr Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, nicht zu empfehlen. Bei Empfang fang es schon an Das Büfett war sehr mager, sehr wenig zu Auswahl Bei Frühstück und Mittag müsste man die Getränke selbst bezahlen ob wohl es Inklusive wahr, nur Kaffe war kostenlos Sehr Arrogante Leute |

l'emplacement ( bord de mer très proche ), le cadre ( décoration extérieur et intérieur ), le confort( grandeur des chambres et salle de bain ) grande terrasse ( très belle vue ), grande piscine, propreté, calme gros manque de fruits au petit déjeuner ( jus d'orange pressé payable !! ) compte tenu des tarifs cela devrait être inclus / le personnel a beaucoup de peine à dire simplement bonjour |

le confort de la chambre et la vue sur la mer L'hôtel affiche 2 piscines extérieurs, 3 restaurants, une plage privé... bref tout ce qu'on peut attendre pour un séjour au tarif de 110 €/jour pour un séjour à Mamaia en Roumanie. Mais à l'arrivé, les déceptions s'enchaîne : les piscines fermés, l'hôtel en travaux, plage privée inexistante. |
