The room was very big and comfortable. The facilities were great, with both an outdoors and indoors swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and spa facilities. We had a massage in the Spa and the prices were really accessible. The guys are reception are rude and wouldn't help you much with things you normally get help anywhere you go (directions, recommendations for a good restaurant , area, etc) We first asked one receptionis to point us at a nice area to go out for a drink at night. She was on a personal call which she put on hold, and in a really bad way said she didn't know streets or "nice areas" and to go to some bulevard and find somewhere nice. Hu? She then continued with her call. Rude! Then we asked another receptionist if she could recommend us a nice beach nearby to go to. Pretty much the same answer. She didn't know any? Then ask!! Come on, show a bit of concern / offer some customer service to the customer that pays loads of money for a night at your hotel. That's what you are there for :-/ Another bad thing, there's no wireless internet anywhere in the hotel, even the cheapest hoStels offer that nowadays.

The room size and balcony only Ac not working; fridge in the room, not working; water hot/cold stopping every 2 minutes, cannot take a proper shower unless between 2 am and 4 am due to water pressure and capacity problems, baggage service trolley only one and is not enough concierge staff, to help your guests , he took about 40 minutes to come pickup the bags, no room service, no wireless service for iphones in the rooms.

Hotel location close to the sea. Although we have booked a double room they tried to put us into a twin room, after we refused to stay in that room we were finally moved to a double room. The rooms are small, the hotel needs a renovation. It doesn't look like a 4 stars hotel. The Spa is unattractive, looks cheap, the saunas are small - for home use. To reach the outdoor pool you have to pass trough the "piano bar", when we stayed there a conference was taking place and we were walking around people in suits in our bathrobes. The breakfast has poor quality food, looks like a contest of the cheapest foods available. No Internet in the rooms as advertised. The only hotel I've stayed in, were on the minibar a large note was warning me that if I were to put any personal beverages I would pay a 10 EUR/day fee. The price for one night was 115 euros but we payed around 121 as the hotel exchange rate was high and they wanted the money as soon as we arrived. Bottom line - at this price you can find a much better deal.

The premises look good, and the location in Mamaia is excellent. We were not able to control the air conditioning fully independently of other guests. In addition the staff was too scarce, and not service oriented at all with the exception of the luggage guy. The single elevator broke down, and took more than 2 days to repair (bad service contract for such an expensive hotel). We were on the 4th floor with our 2 year old son, and a lot of luggage, which was OK, until the elevator broke down. In addition the bar closed at 22.00 hrs. already.

At Iaki, the pool area was great, they have one for adults and one for kids. Many facillities for kids. I did not like the hotel because was very durty. Beginning with the room and ending with the eating saloon. Durty glasses, durty plates etc.

Nice views from the rooms Generously sized studios and suites No wireless internet in rooms Old, uncomfortable beds with very old artificial foam pillows As a family oriented hotel, one of the two pools should have been allocated to children. Modest SPA facilities Overpriced mini-bar No private beach access - beach area is neither owned, nor managed by the hotel Rooms facing the sea can be quite noisy especially during weekends Main building has only one elevator Insufficient parking places and underground parking is charge extra at 10 euros/day

Location- close to the beach; very nice rooms, comfy beds, large pool and interior garden area very nice. Rooms not clean enough, rude stuff, although we've booked a double room, we received a twin room. The rooms with garden / lake view are very, very noisy. The beach is not private at all , many people come with their towels and seat in front of you

Very good location, close to the beach. Nice swimming pool, one for adults and a small one for kids. Very good dinner, but with high prices. When we arrived late in the evening (11:30 pm) we recived a std double room, as we booked. It was a bad smell in the bathroom, but we decided to solve in the morning. Early in the morning, at 8, we heard some plastic noises on the hall outside. We thought it was the cleaning lady, but there were the painters who started to paint the hall with travellers inside!!! We discussed later with the chief receptionist who apologized and was very kind to upgrade us with a std apartment. In this hotel there are 2 buildings: at the entrance, the main one and a secondary one, where we spend the first night, among with the football academy players of mr. Hagi. So be aware where you will receive the room!!! The breakfast was the same every morning and a little poor. The hotel has some issues with hot water, which variates often from cold to hot! They should fix this problem!!

Helpful staff. I often stay in this hotel and am usually (very) satisfied, however, this time the Spa was (swimmingpool/jacuzi) closed for annual maintenance (it is the reason for the choice of this hotel) and the room had several problems; disappointing.

comfortable, good design, proper equipped -some strange technical issue: the command panel of the lights is containing all the lights in the room, hard to find the proper button in the dark.. the light from side of bed didn't work.. I was near to pay some 25 Euro extra because the receptionist forgotten that I had a booking.com reservation.. they advertising that they have wireless in all the hotel, instead only in lobby and bar... the double luxury was small, but with a small living and a huge terrace

Room, reception staff very helpful, events organized here - New Year's party. We had a no-smoker room, but the air conditioning recirculated smoke from other rooms. Restaurant manager very rude and unpolite. On January 1st no breakfast was served - info on booking.com inaccurate. Sauna quite shabby.

Location close to the beach, Spa Center with a good fitness area & pool, good massages, breakfast acceptable. Check in only at 16:00. Prices in side season (autumn, winter, spring) acceptable, in main season (summer) far to high.

Complete quality services from room service/cleaning to the restaurant, bar, pool and the beach. You'll never want (or need) to go outside the hotel premises. The main elevator was way too slow and in the busy hours you just wait for the elevator.
