Iasi Apartments

The staff was very kind and friendly and also the room is very central in the city.

Constantine was great. He was very helpful and a great source of information about the city.

We would have been better off in a standard hotel.

Location, price, room furnishings, kindness of owner and his availability for special arrangements.

I was personally not affected by it, but especially overseas visitors should note that this is a regular apartment with no front office and no luggage storage facilities. However the owner will make his best effort to accommodate any requests.

The independance,Constantin was very helpful, The positioning was central and was within easy reach of all facilities

The sink in the bathroon had no working stopper or the bath. No drinking glasses

Location ,location ,location ! Directly opposite the beautiful old National Theatre in the very heart of Iasi near stores and restaraunts ,these apts. are cozy,clean and convenient .Constantin the manager was truly helpful and kind, giving directions, providing helpful info in English -even giving us a Romanian Sim card for our mobile phone ! Iasi apts.

Everythink was ok

About Constantin, the owner, there are only two words:simply perfect. Cool (it was like talking with an old date friend), kind (he never said no to any of our requests), helpful (he picked us up from the airport, he told us some things about the city and showed us everything on our way from the airport to the apartment, he lent us a romanian sim), interested (he called at least 3 times in 4 days to know if we needed anything, always ready and willing). A good person!

I personally think that there should be photos of all of the apartments. The one where we stayed was more than ok but not as those in the photos. To be clear, in comparison with those in the photos I wouldn't pay the same rate for this one. In any case it's a good apartment, central and close to everything in the city, perfect for couples, job trips and a quick visit to the city. For what we needed it, for 3 nights it was just fine.

Het was netjes en rustig, er viel veel licht binnen, er was airco. Ik werd afgehaald aan de luchthaven en naar het appartement gebracht.

Slechte kwaliteit matras, douche werkte niet. Het gebouw waarin het appartement ligt, is oud en vervallen en de buurt waarin het gebouw ligt slecht onderhouden wat voetpaden betreft.

Curtea interioara în care se dau camerele apartamentelor,deși nu e specificat pe site,e în paragină astfel că prima impresie e dezagreabilă.dacă reușești să treci peste ea apartamentul e OK.

Nu am stat eu la Iasi Apartments, dar am trimis acolo o prietena din Statele Unite, care a fost foarte multumita de sederea ei. Am comunicat mult cu personalul hotelului inainte de cazarea prietenei, pentru ca nu vorbea romana. Am fost foarte placut impresionata de punctualitatea si curtoazia mesajelor primite si a convorbirilor telefonice pe care le-am avut. Valoare excelenta pentru pret!
