Constantine was great. He was very helpful and a great source of information about the city. We would have been better off in a standard hotel. |

Location, price, room furnishings, kindness of owner and his availability for special arrangements. I was personally not affected by it, but especially overseas visitors should note that this is a regular apartment with no front office and no luggage storage facilities. However the owner will make his best effort to accommodate any requests. |

It's an excellent location in the city center. The taxi's are located on the other side of the street. The owner is very helpful to make you have a pleasant stay. The price is good compared to the expensive hotels in the area. When i go to Iasi again then i'll sure book this again. |

The independance,Constantin was very helpful, The positioning was central and was within easy reach of all facilities The sink in the bathroon had no working stopper or the bath. No drinking glasses |

Constantin was very helpful and friendly. He picked us up upon our arrival and was available to help us in the case of problems. It would have been nice to have a map of iasi provided, either for pay or free, as we were unable to find a map of the city (including looking at several stores in the nearby mall). |

Location ,location ,location ! Directly opposite the beautiful old National Theatre in the very heart of Iasi near stores and restaraunts ,these apts. are cozy,clean and convenient .Constantin the manager was truly helpful and kind, giving directions, providing helpful info in English -even giving us a Romanian Sim card for our mobile phone ! Iasi apts. |

Orasul e frumos, hotelul este situat in cel mai bun loc a orasului si foarte curat, internet merge repede, bucatarie mereu la dispozitie. Un desteptator in camera ar fi bine pentru clienti fara mobil. |

About Constantin, the owner, there are only two words:simply perfect. Cool (it was like talking with an old date friend), kind (he never said no to any of our requests), helpful (he picked us up from the airport, he told us some things about the city and showed us everything on our way from the airport to the apartment, he lent us a romanian sim), interested (he called at least 3 times in 4 days to know if we needed anything, always ready and willing). A good person! I personally think that there should be photos of all of the apartments. The one where we stayed was more than ok but not as those in the photos. To be clear, in comparison with those in the photos I wouldn't pay the same rate for this one. In any case it's a good apartment, central and close to everything in the city, perfect for couples, job trips and a quick visit to the city. For what we needed it, for 3 nights it was just fine. |

Proprietarul foarte amabil, garsoniera curata si localizata ok aproape de centru, liniste in blocul in care se afla. Ar trebui imbunatatita utilarea bucatariei. |

Het was netjes en rustig, er viel veel licht binnen, er was airco. Ik werd afgehaald aan de luchthaven en naar het appartement gebracht. Slechte kwaliteit matras, douche werkte niet. Het gebouw waarin het appartement ligt, is oud en vervallen en de buurt waarin het gebouw ligt slecht onderhouden wat voetpaden betreft. |

Τα δωμάτια είναι κεντρικότατα και σε απόσταση μικρή από το Παλάτι και άλλα αξιοθέατα. Αλλά αυτό πραγματικά που σου μένει είναι η φοβερή εξυπηρετικότητα του ιδιοκτήτη Constantin |

Curat,liniștit,retras,zona centrală Curtea interioara în care se dau camerele apartamentelor,deși nu e specificat pe site,e în paragină astfel că prima impresie e dezagreabilă.dacă reușești să treci peste ea apartamentul e OK. |

Ich habe 10 Tage in diesen Appartment verbracht, ich muss sagen dass ich sehr positiv beeindruckt bin. Service ist nicht nur ein Wort, es wird 150% in der Tat gesetzt. Sauberkeit: piccobello! Sehr komfortabel und neu eingerichtet. Wer der Standard in Rumänien kennt, wird das schätzen wissen. Alles was die Beschreibung in booking.com beinhaltet ist auch erfüllt. |

Nu am stat eu la Iasi Apartments, dar am trimis acolo o prietena din Statele Unite, care a fost foarte multumita de sederea ei. Am comunicat mult cu personalul hotelului inainte de cazarea prietenei, pentru ca nu vorbea romana. Am fost foarte placut impresionata de punctualitatea si curtoazia mesajelor primite si a convorbirilor telefonice pe care le-am avut. Valoare excelenta pentru pret! |
