A male receptionist received a complaint professionally and did everything within his power to rectify the shortcomings of his female collegue. He also offered and organised packed sandwiches, fruit, fruit juice, coffee for a 04:00 am departure. Very commendable! On arrival the services provided by a female receptionist were very poor.This lady's atitude and lack of customer service training does not give the hotel a good name.For instance, she has not recorded that the suite was occupied -therefore the room was not cleaned until 17:00 hrs when prompted, the suite required two security keys for electricity only one given. |

La decoración de todo el hotel es de lujo, con muebles de estilo muy bien conservados.El desayuno es bueno, Las habitaciones son grandes y una de ellas tenía dos cuartos de baño. Está muy bien situado. Para la temperatura exterior que teníamos, por debajo de cero grados, racaneaban un poco a la hora de poner la calefacción, aunque no pasamos frio ya que está muy bien acondicionado. |

amplasare excelenta, arhitectura, mobilier placute. personalul de la receptie amabil, plin de solicitudine. in prima noapte nu s-a putut dormi pina la 4,30 din cauza unei discoteci, in a doua noapte nu s-a putut dormi de frig, caloriferele erau reci. mi s-a explicat de la receptie ca mecanicul vine abea la ora5. pina atunci nu e nimic de facut. in a treia zi , dupaamiaza, din nou, caloreferele erau ghita (noiembrie!). din nou a trebuit sa asteptam sa vina mecanicul la ora 18. la micul dejun, la ora 8 cafeaua era rece, omleta sleita (probabil erau din ziua precedenta), iar personalul ursuz, ostil , nici nu raspunde la salut!!! EVITATI ACEST HOTEL! |

Sehr zentrale Lage, dadurch guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten. Sehr wenig Kooperationsbereitschaft bei Zimmerwechsel.Wegen Lärmbelästigung einer gegenüberligenden Bar. |

Place idealement en plein coeur de Sibiu juste a cote de la Grande Place. Chambre spacieuse en duplex. Wifi dans la chambre. Salle de bain de notre chambre vraiment ancienne ce qui la rendait limite agreable. |
