Location, staff and the reception and f&b outlets, spacy, very modern hotel. Excellent choice of restaurants inside the hotel. Excellent brunch every Sunday in the hotel, For sure the best choice of 5 stars in Bucharest. |

Les différents espaces de restauration sont agréables et permettent de rester dans l'hôtel sans avoir à se restaurer à l'extérieur. Le personnel n'est pas souriant. Il y a des enfants qui ne sont pas encadrés et qui courent partout en étant très bruyants, alors que les clients souhaitent le repos. Il faudrait mieux contenir les enfants dans un espace particulier lorsqu'il y a des anniversaires. |

Der Empfangsbereich mit den Treppen in den ersten Stock ist wunderschön.Der Service ist schnell verfügbar und hilfsbereit. Die technische Ausstattung der Zimmer sollte betriebsbereit sein und nicht erst auf Reclamation instandgesetzt werden. Dem fehlt manchmal ein freundliches lächeln. |

Sono venuto a bucarest per il concerto di madonna e ho scelto questo hotel perchè volevo il meglio....sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, visto che lavoro anche io in un hotel ho notato due cose.....................la colazione non era adeguata a un 5 stelle e la struttura era molto dispersiva....ci dovrebbero essere delle persone che coinvolgessero un pò i clienti per far utilizzare i servizi dell'hotel...... |

Odalarin rahatligi ve Temizligi. Hotel Kobileri hotele vardigimda Bavullari almak bile istemedi kendi aralarinda konusup şakalaşıyorlardı ve 2 Bavuluda resepsiyona kadar kendim taşıdım. Bu hadise 3 yildizli hotellerde bile olmazdı. Bu hadıseyi JW Mariott merkezi USA yazılı olarak bildirdim. |
