I'v stayed in Hotel La Casa for 2 days. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and hitting is good. It is a little bit away of the center, but tram no 45 stops right in front of the hotel and it's only 3 stops away from nearest metro station. It takes only 20minutes-half an hour to get to the center of the city. The aria is quiet, so I could sleep and rest very well. The reception stuff is nice and friendly, they all speak very good English and they were more than willing to help with all the questions I had. I especially wan't to thank them for letting me check- in at 8am, even tho the check-in is only form 12am, as I arrived very early to the city, tired after a long journey. They also let me stayed till 7h30pm, on my last day, even tho check-out is at 12am, without extra charge. For the price of the room, it is a very good hotel and I would gladly recommend it.

Staff was friendly and could speak English well. It was clean and the breakfast was very good. Good location. Did not know how to get there by public transport, although it turned out to be very easy. Some dogs were barking in the nearby in the evening.

Excellent staff. I am coming from far away country and I felt that the staff treated me as I am their own family member. They were so genuine to me. I felt that I selected the right place to stay and I will give publicity about your hotel among my friends in Asia who wants to visit Bucharest. Even in future visits I would like to come and stay in your hotel. I am again coming 10th Sept. on my way back to Sri Lanka and I will reserve single room for 10th night for my colleague. I am really thankful to the staff of the Hotel.

The guy at the desk (I forgot his name) was very helpful, and his English was good. The air-conditioning unit worked very well. The steps were very steep at the top floor for carrying the suitcase. I didn't know how to turn on the bathroom light until the next morning. There was a leak of water from the toilet to the floor (clean water, fortunately).

Convenient to train stations; rates very reasonable; staff available to answer questions. Meager breakfast; hard to reach by public transportation, and on noisy street; neighborhood dull. There was a (faded) blood-stain on one of the sheets. It took a long time for the staff to find my reservation. Because I had reserved a single room but none was available, I was given a double, and asked not to use the 2nd bed. However, I was only charged for a single. The worst aspects of my stay were: the air-conditioning remote control did not function properly, so I could not adjust the temperature to a point at which I could sleep; and when I checked out, I was told that I could use my credit card if I paid a fee, despite the sign saying cards could be used at no charge. When I pointed out the sign, I was told that the credit-card apparatus wasn't working. But these difficulties might have resulted from language barriers, so if I could speak more Romanian, I would have had a more pleasant stay.

Very nice litttle hotel with everything needed from air-conditioning(so no noise problem even if you are on the side of a very busy avenue) to free Wifi, good size single room with bath for a very fair price (compared to other hotels in Bucharest). Nice and helprful staff and breakfast ok. Not very central but tram 45 staying stopping right in front of the hotel and only 3 stops to the metro station 1.Maj (but you need 2 transport tickets, one for metro, one for bus or you can walk about 10-15 min to the metro station). Nothing really to complain about and I knew beforehand that it was not that near the Gara de Nord or the center... So no surprise!

From start to finish the receptionists (all 3). a special mention to Stefan who helped beyond all expectations on an unfortunate last night experience that was not the hotels problem. I found the mattress ideal and slept very well for my 3 nights and the shower was powerful with endless hot water. Breakfast was just right to see you through until lunch and served with a smile. Rooms were cleaned daily and I was fortunate enough to have a large balcony even though I was only a solo traveller. This hotel deserves a higher rating than stated from reviewers in my opinion and I will certainly frequent it again. There is a small shop just across the road which serves drinks/snacks/ice cream ect, so even that is covered. They have wi-fi in rooms and also for those persons not having a device to use they have a pc on line in the reception area which they are quite happy for you to use. The location is quite a way out from most places (at least 30 minutes except the Roxempo). There is no fridge but the receptionist stated that they have a few (small) and if required I could take one if I wanted. Even if you were not too bothered with asking about the fridge, there is one permanently open in the breakfast area in which you could store some items.

The stuff was very kind and helpful. It's easy to find the hotel. There is a private parking. The hotel need totally renovation. It's too far from the center for tourism...may be after a couple of years when the metro will be finished because it is not possible to go to the metro station by walk. For this price you may find better hotel.

Always the welcoming is very nice! The receptionist are both very stable and polite persons! If a major failure occurs nobody is telling you anything! For example the hot water didn't ran and I had to wait 1.5 hours to be solved but nothing happened! Of course , it is understandable that different devices may break over time but the communication is important as well fairness!

My second stay. Same experience as before. Best value for money in Bucharest. Tram stops next to the hotel and connecs in 3 stops to the Subway that connects to all lines in the city. It is all very basic but absolutely good for the price. Will book again.

The receptionists were speaking very well English, and they were helpful anytime needed. Also the TV had a long list of channels to choose from. The location was very far from the center but, was close to Baneasa. The room was basic (but clean). Don't expect much. For me it offers the basics for a "cheap" hotel in Romania, but anywhere else in Europe you can find better rooms for the same prices. Looks more like motel than hotel.

Best value in town for that price, including good basic breakfast. Very friendly staff. Good Wifi connection even at 2nd floor. Good location relative to Baneasa airport, Otopeni airport and to the main train station. Tram/Streetcar stops in front of the hotel/ Metro/subway 2 stops with stram/streetcar away.
