I stay here every time I go to Bucharest (when it is not full as it is not that big). Cosy, excellent facilities, Very well run with friendly and helpful staff. If you want all facilities of the larger well known hotels, but in a smaller, much nicer package, then this is the place to be. If only all hotels were this good.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and very attentive...i was leaving on a flight very early in the morning following day, (to early for opening breakfast time) and the staff offered to make me a packed breakfast to take away.... I found the hotel room very comfortable and very clean, but the room was a little on the small size, but in all, a very pleasant stay and would certainly use the hotel again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, deluxe room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Good location in a nice part of the city with lots of parks and within 10-15 mins of main attractions.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, helpful manager Breakfast could show more choice, deluxe rooms could be bigger, rooms booked for 2 people should be equipped as such before guests enter the room (2 towels, 2 pair of slippers, 2 robes etc.).

Staff friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel, rooms are very well decorated, and equiped, the sauna was perfect to relax. Wide variety of food for breakfast, and the mood at the bar was warmful.

Room was unexpected small and bed too,loud,terrace in main innercourt of hotel with drunkards screaming at 2 A.M and we got unexpected answer from reception-well it s a terrace downstairs that's why is so loud..

It is a great hotel, great design, excelent in details. Very vareate breakfast for every taste. There was a powerfull smell of cigarete smoke in the room. We asked to change the room but they say they don't have a non smoking room avalaible; but if we pay 30 euro extra we can change rooms as an pgrade.

Th ehotel is new and well located. Rooms are quite big and furniture is modern and nice. Hermes stuff in the bath :-) The street was a bit hard to find with taxi driver.

I liked the boutique feeling, and the general friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location is quiet but very central to the main sights (a bit further away if you want to be close to the bars and clubs in Lipscani street). The courtyard is a nice place to relax or have a drink. The design of the main modern building with an open atrium above the restaurant means that I was woken up every morning at 6am by the clanging sounds of the breakfast buffet being prepared, and that in the evening I could hear the other guests having a drink in the bar. I'm sure this could be solved with better acoustical insulation of the hotel room doors.

Helpful staff, clean room, nice gym without extra charge. Not so great variety at breakfast, quite confined room (could hardly deploy my suitcase), no warm water for shower, not always connecting to the wi-fi internet.
