i think spacious shower, comfortable bed, nice view from the room, near metro station (piata romana and victoriei) and not far away from center i think that the hotel should have better hospitality ,improve the breakfast menu and fix the drain |

Very central, clean, modern hotel. The staff were nice. Gym was small but had good equipment I took a special offer for the 'best available room' but was charged an extra 20euros a night for an upgrade! |

The hotel was fairly easy to find in a nice area of Bucharest. It was within walking distance of good restaurants and transport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. |

Hotel is great, location is excellent, design of the rooms and the common areas unusually tastefull for Bucharest (I say this as a 13 years Bucharest resident with an in-depth knowledge of its hotels, because of my job as a pr); spotlessly clean, nice friendly staff On the last night of my stay there, there was a fire in the hotel; staff dealt with it best as they could but we nevertheless decided to leave since the whole experience was a bit shaking. I was very sad to realise that they have charged the whole stay, for both rooms that we have occupied, without even making a discount. It was very disappoiting considering the traumatising experience. |

The breakfast was good. The staff were generally helpful. It was further from my meeting location than I expected. When I arrived the internet was not running and it took them 12+ hours to get it bakc on line. |

World-class standard, everything from the front desk to room service above excellent. Highly recommended ! We used hotels from Las Vegas, New York, Budapest, Frankfurt, Munchen but this is exquisite, excellent taste, clean & friendly. High tech and luxury seamlessly combined ! |

Very helpful staff, good location within walking distance from almost all the most important attractions of the town and close to some good restaurants and night spots. Perfect choice for a weekend in Bucarest and optimal from a quality/cost point of view. The rooms are new and well refurbished maybe a bit small for a 4 star hotel but we were located in one of the bigger rooms which was nice and with a small living area too. |
