Hotellissa intiimi tunnelma, palvelu hyvää, neuvottiin kohteita ja varattiin oikein turistikierroskin. Huone uusi ja kiva, vaikka vähän huonosti rakennettu.Kuitenkin ulkopuolelta oikein hienon näköinen. |

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla, tyylikäs ja siisti. Henkilökunnan palvelualttius oli erinomaista, heiltä sai opastusta erilaisissa asioissa. Aamupala oli hyvä ja ravintolatila tyylikkäästi katettu. Hotelli oli kaikinpuolin odotusten mukainen, remonttimiesten liikkumisesta aiheutuvat äänet häiritsivät vähän aamuisin. |

the hotel is completely restyled recently, it looks nice too warm in the room, breakfast very very poor for a 4 star hotel, restaurant with cold plates only |

Very central location. Friendly staff. Value for money. Small room. Very warm, heater and a/c on full. Not possible to open windows due to bugs???!!! Well presented but very limited breakfast. |

A most comfortable hotel - very attractive and tastefully designed rooms. Wonderfully comfortable beds! Helpful and friendly reception staff arranging taxis etc. Would definitely stay there again. Could have been more generous with coffee at breakfast - otherwise the breakfast was excellent. |

I stayed in the new building which seems recently completed; so all was brand new. Constantine who is one of the hotel staff was very helpful and nice (contrary to rest of the staff); he made a difference for our stay in Moxa. Thanks Constantine. |

Free of charge adult channels on Tv. I could not open the windows of the room (groundfloor, but I heard also other floors) because it was written that flying bugs come in. Plus, at 7am the cleaning lady was knocking my door if she could clean. Plus due to the narrow corridors, when someone was leaving at 3am for an early flight, it sounded like he leaves from my room. |

The decoration was conservative but with good taste. But the most interesting were the small details: cofee machines in the rooms, biscuts, refrigerator with a high variety of drinks... The brekfast is too poor..not the quantity, but the variety... |

Its original mix of decorative styles and its position in the center of Bucharest. In the room aisles still smells like painting probaly because there have been some rehabilitation works. The A.C. of the room makes a lot of noise. |

the discount and the distance to the citycentre If I had to pay the full price I would not have been pleased. Everything in the hotel is too small. Especially the rooms and bathrooms. Large people really will have a problem in this hotel. With the major discount I had, I cannot say I had no value for money, but all the same I was not really satisfied. |

The staff were helpful and courteous in a typically Romanian way; free wifi; the gym/sauna was excellent; location; Single rooms are tiny - only just enough room for the bed. Unless you like sleeping in a broom cupboard its best to upgrade |

i think spacious shower, comfortable bed, nice view from the room, near metro station (piata romana and victoriei) and not far away from center i think that the hotel should have better hospitality ,improve the breakfast menu and fix the drain |
