All staff are extra friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and service is excellent. Food quality and quantity superb! Thank you!

Very friendly staff, their desire to manage all clients demands, quietness in room, fitses very well for my purpose (business-study trip) and also good master chef at restaurant.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Food was excellent both evening meal and breakfast.

Smoking inside the bar area -disgusting.

Stayed for five days, bussines trip.Staff very friendly and helpfull. Extra cleansing when asked(as I am allergic) and no comments on that just did it with grace! Vegetarian tasty regime created at request. Rest is also posible because is a quiet area.

Far from town center, but this was arranged instantly with hotel service car or taxi when needed.

The room was quite big,the breakfast was very good and the staff very kindly. We will come back sometime with pleasure.

Our apartment (we stays in a junior suite) was very spacious (I even had a dressing) and confortable and clean. The reception staff was really polite and professional. The furniture is new and the breakfast was good. I will stay again in this hotel the next time I am in Timisoara.

Parking space is not enough for all cars - we arrieved late in the afternoon (after 9 pm) and it was very hard to find a place to park the car. This is because there is pub in the same building and all the parking places were occupied by the clients of this pub.

We staid in a junior suite - excellent value for money. Both rooms are large and clean, the breakfast was good and also hotel facilities.

Everything was as we expected - the only comment I have is the location. It is not closed to the city center - if you want to visit the city you have to use public transportation / taxi or your car.

This was our third visit in Lido, so we were expecting good services and high quality standard as in the past. We also tried other hotels in Timisoara and finally realised Lido is best value for money in Timisoara. During the last stay we were again positively impressed by the hotel staff, which succeeded to meet our expectations. They are offering private parking-lot as well. Do not hesitate to book Lido if you are travelling across or staying in Timisoara.

Nice, big room. 20-25 minutes walk to the city center, but easy to reach with the car or the taxi (taxi is very cheap).

Not too many bad things to say, maybe the neighborhood where the hotel is located.

Staff ok. Breakfast pretty good. Quite far from town center.

The smell. For a non smoker awfull.

Excellent facilities, good size flat. Good value for money.

The air conditioning was set for a certain temperature(quite hot during summer months)and it was hot in the rooms because of this.

Very large and clean room. Great WiFi connection Friendly and helpful staff. Though we didn't use the mini bar, it's prices seemed very good e.g. Ursus was no more expensive than at the bar I commonly use.

For us it was great as we were travelling through. If you are stopping in Timisoara, it is a way from the centre. To us this didn't matter at all.

Location to the centrum

4Km from the centre of town but it's only 5 minutes and a couple of pounds in a taxi so no drama.Hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms. The staff were extremely helpful. One receptionist even took me to the town hall to pay my speeding fine, it would have taken me hours without his help! Off road parking for my motorcycle with 24 hour staff a few feet away. Breakfast was the usual fare but good.

The breakfast buffet was poor.

Breakfast was good. Fitness-room is very well equipped. This was our second stay in hotel Lido.

We found ‘dried banana’ on the floor behind one of the windows curtain. The staff did obviously not put satisfactory attention in cleaning the room.

The food was actually good and the staff in restaurant kind and efficient

Bad service from reception staff. We could not get 2 towls even we were 2 persons staying in a double room.

very fiendly service and staff very welcoming. Impressed that they remembered I wanted a non smoking room. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
