Situated in the centre of Oradea, the Living In Aparthotel is the first apartment hotel in this area, opened in April 2008, close to the Olympic pool of Oradea. The hotel is located in a very quiet environment close to the Crisu River. Living In combines the flexibility of apartment living with the service of a hotel. It provides accommodation for those who prefer to 'live' in an apartment rather than to 'stay' in a hotel. The apartments are spacious (60 m², 110 m² and 130 m²), and they all provide an equipped kitchen and free Internet access. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, kitchenette and free parking. Even our dog was welcome free of charge, I would certainly recommend it. The bed was quite hard, and there was some dogs barking in the night in the neighbourhood, otherwise it was really quiet, cosy and warm.

En cuanto a sus instalaciones podemos destacar su diseño, elegancia, confort, dimensiones y limpieza. En cuanto al personal, sobre todo, su amabilidad y su preocupación por mantener un grado de servicio excelente. Su situación no es buena. Al lado transcurre una vía de ferrocarril y, desde la mañana muy temprano hasta la noche, circulan los trenes ocasionando ruídos molestos.

Большие аппартаменты, хороший wi-fi, подземная парковка. Персонал говорит только по румынски, нет кондиционера, рядом железная дорога и собаки, при открытом окне мешают спать.

Duży, dwupokojowy apartament z dużą wygodną łazienką z wanną I prysznicem. Wi-fi działało. Parking po drugiej stronie ulicy. Apartamenty znajdują się bardzio blisko nasypu kolejowego, któym kilkakrotnie w ciągu nocy/poranka przejeżdżały pociągi. Przy otwartym oknie hałas był bardzo duży, nawet w pokoju od drugiej strony. Dodatkowo płatne śniadania serwowane są w piwnicy, w niezbyt sympatycznym pomieszczeniu - nie polecam.

l'espace... l'appartement était très grand. Il y a des chiens dans l'immeuble voisin qui aboient très souvent (le jour ET la nuit!), le train passe vraiment très près et comme il y a des gens qui longent la voie des chemins de fer à pied, les trains klaxonnent, même en pleine nuit.. de quoi réveiller même quelqu'un qui a le sommeil profond! Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de stores ou de rideaux efficaces dans les grands appartements, donc difficile de dormir avec tant de luminosité (nous avions dormi sur le canapé)! Pas de poubelle dans les salles de bains... un peu embarrassant lorsqu'il s'agit de disposer de certains déchets féminins à la cuisine, devant tout le monde!

Spatios, frumos, luminos, parcare in fata, personalul foarte amabil si serviabil, le multumesc pe aceasta cale. Prosoapele au fost schimbate la nevoie si s-a facut curat in apartament la cerere. As reveni. Ar trebui insistat pe detalii la curatenie (intrerupatoare, praful de pe calorifere, etc). Pernele de pe canapeaua din living trebuie spalate, au un miros neplacut, de folosit. La standardul acestui apartament, cred ca merita remediate micile detalii...
