The comfort of the hotel is far beyond the one you can find in entire Romania. I had a doubt before we go regarding the restaurant but it was delicious with wide range of wine list. My small surprise to my wife for this anniversary weekend turned to be real joy for both of us.

Amplasarea, peisajul, personalul calificat si foarte amabil, designul interior. Piscina de la SPA este ridicol de mica, iar instalatia de jacuzzi este foarte slaba (presiune scăzută). Facilităţile/posibilitatile de distracţie din imprejurimi sunt limitate la telegondola si partia de schi

Excelent amplasat, intre partiile de schi; foarte frumos intretinut, curat si servicii excelente.Parcarea acoperita in timpul ninsorii a fost foarte binevenita!

Amplasarea si design-ul hotelului. De asemenea personalul foarte amabil si bine pregatit. Accesoriile din baie minimale si doar pentru o singura persoana desi aveam ocupare dubla. Aerisire baie defectuoasa. Spa modest cu piscina foarte mica si fara jacuzzi, sauna uscata nu functiona.

Hotelul are o aplasare excelenta. Exact intre cele doua partii din Azuga. Personalul este foarte amabil, Au o crama de vinuri cum rar vezi in Romania. Excelenta sortimetatie si unica in Romania. Meniul de mancare este foarte redus comparativ cu selectia nemaipomenita de vinuri. Serviciile la restaurant lasa de dorit. Micul dejun ce trebuie platit este prost organizat. Trebuie sa stai ca la cina sa astepti. Ceva s-a intamplat in acest an la nivel de lenjerie. Miroase a ïeftin"...ceea ce nu a fost cazul pana in prezent. Cand intram in camera mirosea a splat de mana...

Este un hotel primitor, elegant, foarte bine amplasat. Bucataria este slaba(putine feluri de mancare). Cafea scumpă 13 ron.

atat hotelul, cat si personalul acestuia i-si merita cele cinci stele. programul spa-ului e mult prea "ingust". in cele 48 de ore petrecute la LUX GARDEN nu am reusit sa beneficiem; cu o singura exceptie; de mult promovatele servicii ale acestuia.
