Nous sommes revenus a cet hotel toujours pour sa vue sur mer. Personnel tres sympa, chambres propres, rien a redire.

location and price

The hotel is 50 meters to the sea. Rooms/bathrooms are nice. The water is 10/50 cm for about 50 meters from the beach shore - very good for children.

The beach in front of the hotel is dirty. The music from the beach is very loud every day from 8 AM to 9 PM. The people who administrate the beach do not care about the turists at all. There is a small dirty water flowing from the Tabacariei Lake into the sea - with a very bad smell. The elevetor doors close after 2-3 seconds realy fast - so be careful, it will hit you hard.

The location was perfect! Everything needed was right there (except a flower shop). Breakfast included, leaving the key at the front desk for fun, etc. Fantastic!

Guests must pay to use the "private beach" equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc.- even to sit next to them).

It was, overall, a good quality/price compromise. It's great that the hotel is right on the beach and has a really nice restaurant/bar/terrace right on the beach (separated by a fence, so that you don't get sand in your coffee or food). The staff was very helpful and quite friendly.

Although marked as a 4 star hotel, it feels a bit shabby. The furnishings are slightly dark and the bathroom, although clean, is missing the quality one would expect (a broken tile, a plastic corner, some mold in the shower...).

Location close to beach and transportation was good

Very poor service from staff - except cleaners, who were very friendly. I reported malfunction of room safe on first day but it was never fixed. Not a very happy bunch on reception. Overall not very good at pr. On paying the bill, not one word of thanks, did you enjoy your stay? Thank you for staying, please come again, not a word. The breakfast staff looked miserable and when I asked for some sugar please - 'here, here' - (cant you see!) what miserable staff. Please show this report to the manager. Nice location on a quiet part of the beach. A lot of kids in the hotel.

Small beach, not very clean but still, very decent. Very poor food offer in the restaurant until 5 PM when you can order a la carte.

In the main the staff were friendly and the rooms were very spacious.

One receptionist was rude, arrogant and unwilling to help, the food for breakfast was plain, boring and by the end of a week was running low on certain items. This hotel boasts a fitness gym and was the main reason we booked as my fiancé is a personal trainer and this was key to our descision to stay. On arrival we were told the gym had been closed for 12 months. False advertising!!! Especially as we got pictures and descriptions in our Welcome pack just to rub our noses in it. I have travelled to many parts of the world and this is definatley not 4 Stars !!! More 3 Star. For people visiting Mamaia stay away pay the extra go to a true 4 Star hotel with great staff and location.

- one of the best in Mamaia for families with kids; - situated right on the beach, in a quiet location; - very large rooms, some have huge balconies with great view; - rooms are very well equipped; WiFi is working great; - the beach is large, clean and less noisy compared to rest of Mamaia; - being at the southern end of Mamaia, there are not many people passing on the beach; - very nice golf with warm, shallow water for kids - close to AquaMagic and amusement park

The view from the room was great . Sea side view . The room was very clean , excelent bed and pilows . All in all a very pleasent stay.

Breakfast was very poor and the staff was a bit unfrendly.

The hotel is perfect in case you want to relax, to have peace and quiet. Situated on the beach it gives you quick access to the sea. Rooms are perfect size.

Despite the fact that it look good, the staff is very unfriendly!!!!! Not all staff, but there was one receptionist that almost didn’t have any will to be there. Breakfast is poor and undiversified. Not too much to chose from.

Faptul ca este amplasat pe malul marii.

Personalul este sub orice critica,pe langa faptul ca este imbracat in trening, trebuie sa faci mari interventii sa-ti dea o cafea, avand in vedere ca au spus ca au roomservice non-stop, vin cu scuze penibile ca "nu mai au cafea, s-a inchis barul, nu mai e nimeni la bucatarie "in mijlocul zilei, etc.Este rusinos sa se intample asa ceva. In concluzie, nu e suficient sa arate hotelul bine iar personalul sa fie sub orice critica.

Un hotel de maxim 3 stele cu emblema de 4. Mobilierul din camera, televizorul, amenajarea baii extrem de ieftine. Baia dezastru total cu silicon la vedere, mult plastic, dimensiuni extrem de mici inclusiv chiuveta si apa baltind pe langa dus. In nici un caz nu putem vorbi de un hotel de 4 stele.Este jenant sa ii acordam si trei. Totul are aspect de neingrijit, ieftin si prost. La cazare nu functiona mai nimic, priza pt. aparatul de ras din baie, cablul televizorului smuls din perete, automatele pt. periat pantofii. Curatenia in general in hotel lasa mult de dorit. Geamuri murdare pline de urme, praf si grasime , scaune patate etc.

Personalul extrem de binevoitor si zambitor. Oameni respectuosi si cu mult bun simt inclusiv la retaurant unde am servit micul dejun.Pozitia chiar pe plaja la malul marii.

Hotelul este ok, personalul foarte amabil dar nu se încadrează nici pe departe la categoria 4 stele.

Micul dejun care ar fi trebuit sa fie bufet suedez, mobilierul din camera are un aer învechit.

cameristele au pornit aspiratorul dis de dimineata si tipau una la cealalta ,nu au tinut cont de faptul ca turistii se odihnesc la acea ora ,precizez ca am stat in multe hoteluri unde personalul isi facea foarte bine treaba fara sa ii vezi sau sa ii auzi.
