Location, breakfast, very quiet, comfy beds, steak in restaurant air con did not work so well at first, staff tried to fix it - replaced filter and it seemed to just about cope after that. |

Staff were helpful and professional and able to accommodate a late check out without any fuss. Breakfast cooked to order and with good choice for an inclusive one! Room large and very quiet. Air con worked well but did leak a bit on the floor - Not really a problem for me. Booking.com got position on map wrong so a bit hard to find at first but actually after that no problem. |

A very good hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff. Important. The taxi drivers are thieves. Be careful. |

The room was nice, clean, large enough. The high-speed, reliable free internet (wired) was very helpful and functional. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was rather basic, no fruit juices, very little bread variety. The selection of TV stations was not appropriate for a European city: foreign stations were limited to CNN, BBC world, and Italian TV. The mini bar was overpriced. |

Tres belles chambres, dans un hotel tres calme et a dimensions tres humaines Ma reservation n'avait pas ete enregistree... arrivee tardive aurait donc pu etre un desastre, heureusement, il restait quelques chambres ! |

Rezeption sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Frühstück für Rumänien sehr gut und genügend Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen, Wurst und Käse. Frisches Obst und Säften. Weiterhin ist die Lage relativ Zental, obwohl es keine direkte Flaniermeile, Shopping oder Restaurant/Bar Meile gibt. Da doch sehr viel deutsche in Rumänien sind, ist es unverständlich, dass trotz 62, oder 64 tv Programmen, nicht 1 deutscher Sender im Fernsehen läuft !!!, zumindest nicht im Hotel Marshal. Radio gibt es überhaupt nicht. Der Fön im Bad ist nicht zu gebrauchen, obwohl sonst alles O.K. ist. Die Betten macht ein Single (männlich) sicherlich besser, bzw. Mit mehr Liebe.Daran sollte man noch arbeiten. |

Eel trato del personal es de lo mejor. Su restaurante con buena cocina y a un muy buen precio. The staff very kind and the restaurant good and cheap. The breakfast . El desayuno no muy abundante |
