It was great hacing people speaking Spanish at the reception.

The bathromm flooded 2 or 3 times during our stay.

Staff very friendly, clean rooms and bathrooms

The pianist in the restaurant is not very tallented and is quite noisy, parking is extremelly small and tight, difficult to park an average car. Reception rates per room are quite high if you don't book in advance.

The bell hop was great. The swimming pool and sauna. Loved the house coats provided...that was wonderful.

Would have enjoyed the hot tube if it had been working.

Modern, clean hotel with very good facilities.

Good welcome and nice room. Swimming pool with warm water open until 11pm. Attractive seating area outside to rear. Not in city centre but about 5 mins walk from tram stop to centre (1-2 stops) and 1 stop from main rail station

Very slow elevator. Restaurant has zero atmosphere and has tv on wall. No pictures or decoration - felt like a canteen. Food reasonable, though

Location close to pedestrian street. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant at competitive to "in town" pricing.

Although we were not disturbed, rooms on the first floor, in the middle of the building) would probably get rather noisy from parties being held in the restaurant at night (2 out of 3 nights we stayed there)

Direi quasi tutto. Le camere belle ampie e pulite, la gentilezza dello staff, il silenzio, l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Da migliorare la colazione e magari la mappa stradale per trovarlo la prima volta che si arriva.

Micul dejun destul de sarac . Nu prea era curatenie in incinta piscinei.

Elegant, zona cu trafic redus, piscina, spa, incluse in pret, raport excelent intre pret si calitate.

Parcare ingusta, insuficiente locuri de parcare in siguranta. Am asistat la o coliziune in strada intre o masina parcata in scop de cazare si o alta care nu avea loc sa treaca.

Curatenie, camere mari si confortabile, mic dejun diversificat si de calitate.

Televizoare de dimensiune foarte mica raportate la dimensiunea camerei. La micul dejun expresorul de cafea destul de complicat de folosit.

Depuis que j'ai découvert l'hôtel Maxim j'y séjourne à chaque fois que je reviens à Oradea. Hotel confortable , piscine , salle de gym, sauna, belle terrasse de restaurant , chambre agréable Et un staff polyglotte très sympathique et attentif. Merci à Ioana, Doina Georgiana et Calin à l'accueil ainsi qu'à Gavril au restaurant pour leur accueil et amabilité. Je le recommande sans réserves
