Monte Carlo Palace Apart Hotel

Is a very good palce to slip and rest. The view from the top of the hotel is perfect, you can see Parlament House and almost all nord part of Bucharest.

Incompetance of the staff

I surely loved the food at the restaurant and the rooms were really spacious and with a contemporary design.

The staff is very kind but they have to be a little more organised.Additionally there is a slight smell coming from the bathtubs.

It doesn't look like an hotel. Most of the apartments are already rent.There is no atmosphere inside and everything looks to "cold", including the staff. The breakfast is very poor.

Hotel staff is great and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. It’s easy to get to/from both airports. Not the finest breakfast in the world, but their croissants were some of the best I’ve tasted. Very high "price/performance" ratio.

No wireless in the hotel - that's about the only thing I was missing.

The "studio" was very nice and clean. The room design is very interesting and modern. I liked also the location near Romexpo. The kitchen, bathroom and the super big balcony where also OK.

Only 3 things I didn't liked: 1:The breakfast from the -1 floor was very poor. 2: It is absolutely obvious that the hotel is built for people with cars. I didn't have one so, for me, it was very difficult to pass every time the bridge, than a few dangerous streets in order to come to the hotel. 3: No shower (only bath).

I did not like the breakfast. It was very pore. And there was not enough toilet paper...

Very poor internet access, terrible food (such breakfast in 4* hotel.... sorry), no place for business meeting.

Location of the hotel - it is situated on quite place and view to the city is very atractive

They do not accept payment with cards (Visa, Maestro)

I enjoyed the comfort of the room, the facilities which were offered for a good price.

I liked the private parking. The hotel was good to find and the main staff friendly.

Wireless lan was not existent, I got a cable instead of it with very bad connection. Breakfast was really poor for a 4 Stars-Hotel! Every day the same two choices, the cook was not very friendly, and he was stingy with the guests. Really poor!
