vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid troef, alles zoals het moet zijn om een aangename vakantie te hebben ontbijt was minitieus en niet vers, voor zo'n hotel verwacht men normaal een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. zwembad of sauna zou er ook gerust mogen zijn |

Zeer behulpzaam, bij aankomst heeft men nog eten gemaakt om 12h en op de kamer gebracht. geen restaurant aanwezig, geen zwembad aanwezig, het ontbijt was enorm beperkt en zelfs niet voldoende voor iedereen |

Mooie, comfortabele kamer met airconditioning. Ruime kamer met voldoende badkamers en WC's. Niet te druk. Vriendelijk personeel. Dichtbij het park. Lekker ontbijt. Zeer goede geluidsisolatie. Absolute aanrader voor een verblijf in Boekarest. We hadden een klein probleempje (stop van de lavabo die niet verwijderbaar was) dat niet opgelost werd tijdens het verblijf. Aangezien er genoeg andere wasgelegenheid was, stelde dit geen grote problemen. Ontbijtbuffet mocht iets uitgebreider. |

De kamers zijn zeer modern en stijlvol ingericht. Het enige minpunt was het ontbijt/eten in het restaurant. En op de website van jullie staat dat men daar nog een Spa Center Eden heeft. Is a very good palce to slip and rest. The view from the top of the hotel is perfect, you can see Parlament House and almost all nord part of Bucharest. |

The rooms are clean and modern we had a 2 bedroom appartment which was massive.The staff were very helpfull. The hotel is a bit out of town however taxis are so cheap and loads of them |

spacious apartment and kitchen small bathroom and breakfast was no good. very little selection. For guests staying a few weeks etc this place is perfect. But for short time visit, I will no go back. |

I surely loved the food at the restaurant and the rooms were really spacious and with a contemporary design. The staff is very kind but they have to be a little more organised.Additionally there is a slight smell coming from the bathtubs. |

It doesn't look like an hotel. Most of the apartments are already rent.There is no atmosphere inside and everything looks to "cold", including the staff. The breakfast is very poor. |

Mosly the spacious apartment, neat bathrooms and useful kitchenette (however lacking in appliances) plus the very cinvenient private carpark; also the helpful staff - mostly Mr. Bogdan Bonescu who very generously extended numerous essential services, always with a warm smile and a friendly spirit. Location - quite inaccessible except with a car, modest breakfast - we certainly had better in other Romainan hotels with fewer stars, and mostly the strangest policy ever of charging 5 EUR for the use of two extra towels without the minimum decency to so notify in advance or to provide some other prominent notice in English to that effect. |

Hotel staff is great and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. It’s easy to get to/from both airports. Not the finest breakfast in the world, but their croissants were some of the best I’ve tasted. Very high "price/performance" ratio. No wireless in the hotel - that's about the only thing I was missing. |

The room was cosy and very clean. The male staff needs to learn some manners, they have no idea how to treat paying customers. Female staff was excellent. |

The "studio" was very nice and clean. The room design is very interesting and modern. I liked also the location near Romexpo. The kitchen, bathroom and the super big balcony where also OK. Only 3 things I didn't liked: 1:The breakfast from the -1 floor was very poor. 2: It is absolutely obvious that the hotel is built for people with cars. I didn't have one so, for me, it was very difficult to pass every time the bridge, than a few dangerous streets in order to come to the hotel. 3: No shower (only bath). |
