A bit hard to find parking

Staff is most friendly, rooms are not too bis but perfectly clean. Nice bathroom, good beds. Hotel is situated cery close to the Black Church and at the foot of the mountain, everything is in walking distance. If I ever have to go back to Brasov I will most definately book this hotel again.

The service was excellent and we had a wonderful breakfast. The location can not be faulted, being a minutes walk away from the black church and the town centre.

Absolutely perfect location, very nice and helpful staff; very clean, comfortable rooms. We even received a better room (4* instead of 3*) just because the room was available. Very nice breakfast.

Clean bathroom, modern tv, quite near to Piata Sfatului.

There were hairs on the pillow. Breakfast served on very tiny plates and was not good. Staff was surly. They prefer payment in cash, which is inconvenient.

Friendly welcome. Great location in centre of Brasov. Friendly and helpful owner/ staff. Very clean Rooms and accessories such as hairdryer in room and fridge. Easy check in. Typical Romanian style breakfast of cold meats,cheese and bread. Also offered cereals and omelettes cooked to order. It's really a b&b not hotel but as good as any 3 star hotel I have stayed in if not better.

Only that it was clean, nothing else!

1. Very poor breakfast. 2. The boss was very insisting that we go to a certain restaurant that he wanted to promote. This was very annoying and non-professional from his side. 3. Extremely high price for the services offered. 4. They didn't provided us with any invoice/receipt for our payment.

We went for the Deluxe 4* studio which was excellent value for money.The room was huge and the kitchen area had everything you need. The staff were very friendly and they even served us breakfast at midday when we got up late due to overdoing it a bit in the Brasov nightlife. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at this small pension tucked away up a one way street at the foot of the local mountain was a great pleasure. When our luggage only arrived at Bucharest Airport six hours after we did this meant a 160km drive in the dark and arrival at Hotel Natural about midnight. We had asked Air France to advise them we would be late but it was much appreciated that the owner himself waited up to let us in. Breakfast in the small entry hall was good and we left with pleasant memories. One week later we were back, this time enroute to Bucharest and received the same warm welcome and comfortable room.

Had no problems with my stay except that they did not accept payment with credit card and insisted that I paid cash, which forced me to go out walking on the streets very early in the morning looking for an ATM. The website was very clear that they would accept VISA.

Very convenient place to stay, next to historical center, with parking place.Rooms are nice and clean.

Localization

Owner: - very "strange" exchange rate (booked price in euro - payed in RON); - 4 p. app. little bit to small for 4 adult people;

Didn't have air conditioned, although this was not a problem because the weather was not hot.

Excellent location, right by the Black Church. Comfortable and well-equipped, Virgil is obssesive in trying to make you feel welcome. Be prepared for a huge breakfast.

This hotel is very cozy, it feels like you are in someones house with very pleasant hosts that treat you as a part of the family. We were staying in double/twin room on the 3rd floor, and the room was very clean with a/c, tv, fridge, phone, wi-fi internet connection and perfectly clean bathroom. The lady (owner) was very kind and prepared tasteful breakfast. The location couldn't be better. Under the mountain at only 100 meters form the city square and the Black Church. We highly recommend this place for staying when in Brashov!

Lack of A/C

I stayed in an apartment about a block from the hotel. The apartment was OK, although neither the stove or refrigerator worked. Since I was not cooking, I did not complain. The location of the hotel is excellent--an easy walk to the main square. The main drawback is that services provided by the hotel are very expensive. I was charged $2 per page to send a fax, although the price at an internet place was only 13 cents a page. I was charged $17 to wash about 10 pieces of clothes. It's OK to stay there as long as you don't need any services.

You need to have cast to pay out. However, also Euros could be used (so this latter one was positive)

Staff were very helpful. Location to the old centre square was excellent.

Third floor room got very warm, we simply need to turn on air conditioner of a night.

As usually in Romania there is not any lift or facilities for disabled people.

The hotel is well designed we loved the "period wallpaper" the location is brilliant, the rooms are no smoking - not obvious in Romania. We had the duplex room it had 2 big dbl in 2 separated spacious rooms. Nice clean shower, and breakfast. We loved it

No kettle in the room and no elevator as in all Romania.
