Hotel was amazing, but one thing is missing -Restaurant. After long day , you just want go out and look for place to eat. |

I stayed in a really big flat - it was like a former office adapted into the hotel apartment. Hotel is located in a corner building on a small peaceful street of Cluj. Trip to the airport in the morning takes minimum 30min by taxi. The distance in a pretty long (cca 10km). |

The rooms were clean, and it is the only hotel out of 5 that had air conditioning which we appreciated greatly in the August heat. The staff were not overly helpful apart from one girl that helped us contact our car hire company before leaving Romania. Bathrooms needed shower curtains. |

Le cadre est a premiere vue tres sympa (ne pas regarder les details...), le personnel est a l ecoute des besoins des clients, possibilité de se faire livrer a manger (carte assez varié et prix tout a fait raisonnable) - calme la description des sevices de la chambre de sont pas respectés (pas de peignoir, de necessaire a repasser), une table pour manger mais pas d assiettes ni de couverts, une vue panoramique sur un lampadaire ! la moquette se decolle de partout, pas d alcool fort dans le mini bar |

Ampiezza della camera, gentilezza dello staff, camera bella dotata di tutti i comfort, vasca da bagno lunga, cena in camera con cucina italiana. colazione fuori orario. ottimo hotel, tornerei a cluj solo per questo. 3° piano senza ascensore. |

Klimatisierter Raum Pick-Up Service musste bezahlt werden, Baustellen direkt am Hotel, Eingang fast nicht zugänglich, kein Fahrstuhl, leider überall Raucher, Möbel und Zimmereinrichtung alt, Einrichtung defekt, Frühstück für diesen Preis sehr mager, Personal unfreundlich und nicht ortskundig!! |

Brak klimatyzacji przy temp. 32 stopni,choć w opisie hotelu wskazano,że jest on wyposażony w klimatyzację.Brak wskazania adresu, nawet taksówkarz nie wiedział, gdzie jest hotel, podobnie jak osoba z telefonicznej informacji. Koszt daremnych rozmów z infolinią i usługi taksówkarza - 80 zł. Wielki minus! Brak parkingu. |
