The hotel is clean and modern, good location, very friendly and helpful staff, I highly recommend the SPA& wellness facilities. Food at the hotel restaurant - good, not great.

Atmosfera calda, primitoare. Accesul la piscina si jacuzzi gratuit la orice ora. Curatenia si ambianta din incinta hotelului.Ne-am simtit excelent și dorim sa revenim.

Wellness- und Spabereich sind inkludiert Personal freundlich und Zimmer sauber Frühstück ok Auto kann im Innenhof sicher abgestellt werden keine Ruhestühle im Spabereich zum entspannen Rauchen im Vorbereich des Frühstückbuffets erlaubt obwohl bei den Frühstückstischen das Rauchen verboten ist!

Hotelul iti da senzatia unui bloc de locuinte,clasificarea lui o consider de maxim 3 stele,micul dejun este saracacios,iar sala de mic dejun este una foarte mica situata intr-un corp alaturat.Numarul locurilor de parcare este de asemenea limitat.

L'hotel ha una struttura completamente nuova proprio affiancata al vecchio edificio. Le nuove stanze sono molto ampie, confortevoli e pulite: hanno letti grandi e comodi, poltroncine con tavolinetto, scrivania e frigobar. I bagni sono puliti, con una grande e comoda doccia. Tutto è nuovissimo! Sarebbe bello trovare un set di benvenuto in stanza (con bollitore, thè e caffè). La colazione (ancora, per adesso, servita nel vecchio edificio) potrebbe essere più varia e abbondante.

Camera spatioasa si dotarile ei raspunde exigentelor unui hotel de 4 stele Personal amabil La piscina se foloseste un dezinfectant foarte puternic. Mi-a afectat ochii si chiar si dupa mai multe zile de tratament inca mai am usturimi- recomand schimbarea lui urgenta, inainte sa o pateasca si alti turisti!!! Am gasit un miriapod in baie -nu e normal la acest nivel. As reveni, insa cele de mai sus ma fac sa fiu circumspect.

Tengo que decir que las chicas de la recepción fueron muy atentas a todo tipo de demandas por mi parte y demostraron interés en el momento, llamando incluso delante de mi, para transmitir todo le que les pedi. Que únicamente fueron los horarios del Spa y masajes. La información fue completa y acertada. La masajista del Spa también muy profesional. Fueron muy educadas. Pero creo que no existe coordinación ninguna entre las diferentes Duties Managers del Hotel, o encargados/as. No limpiaron ni un solo dia mi habitación... Tuve que bajar a la recepción para pedir que entraran para realizar la limpieza y reponer lo mínimo, tal como, papel higiénico, pastillas de jabón, limpieza de la moqueta y hacer la cama... Aún así, solo repusieron el papel higiénico Mi tiempo de estancia fueron 3 días... Habitación 617. Semana del 12, 13 y 14 de Diciembre. El Restaurante del Hotel, es realmente deficiente en cuanto al personal.. Pues se les ve desmotivados y sin ganas de acercarse a la mesa para servir o simplemente estar pendientes del cliente. En más de una ocasión tuve que levantarme varias veces, en varias noches. Poca o nada profesionalidad por parte de los camareros.

Personal restaurant excelent, in special o doamna care ne-a servit!Confort ok Sambata seara a fost ceva chef si inca pe la 2 noaptea muzica se auzea pana la et 5 la care am fost cazat. Micul dejun, la 9.20 am coborat si tavile era aproape goale, am mai gasit ceva sunca, omleta si lapte
