The rooms were big and very clean. Very professional staff. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was that there was no air conditioning in the hotel. The fan system did not serve its function well enough, as it was very hot in the room (it was the third week of March).

I liked this hotel because it was clean, not on a main street and therefor not that much noise from the traffic, wifi verry good, spacios parking lot. I had a bad room view to the emergency stairs, it was not verry pleasent, another thing is that you can't set the heat, it is automatic and it gets verry hot in the room.

I enjoyed this hotel, especially the modern design and also the excellent location,nice and spacious rooms and bathrooms, and most of all very clean, spotless. The hotel is at walking distance from the center. The free wifi is a huge plus. The staff is EXCELLENT!

I have chosen NH based on the very good rate but this was not the only factor in my decision. I have stayed many times in NH hotels in different countries and knew its reputation as a good hotel and good value for money. From this starting point I compared the rates offered by other similar hotels, location, parking facilities. The air conditioning can be improved as it was very loud. When I stayed in NH it was extremely hot in Bucharest but we could not sleep with the AC on because of the noise. So I had to wake up, put it on for a while, off again and return to sleep. And this repeated 3 times a night…

Nice and spacious room and bathroom, very clean and tidy. Good location. A bottle of water in the mini bar had been already opened and used when we checked in. However, when we checked out they didn't check the mini bar.

The staff was friendly, the hotel has a general policy to accept both lei and euro (at good rate) which is a great option in addtion to credit cards. The bathrooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable.

A nice hotel,good Location very close to shopping centre 5 minutes in taxi. Airconditioning in the 3 rooms was at its maximum and still not cooling the rooms at the edge of a pleasant temperature, but otherwise perfect rooms.
