Emplacement central mais dans une rue calme, chambres avec bon équipement, petit déjeuner très bien. Rapport qualité-prix de bon niveau. Le restaurant n'est pas à recommander. Nombreuses ruptures et service très moyen. |

Le personnel est très aimable, les chambres sont charmant et même originales, très proche au centre de la ville On était samedi et il y avait une soirée avec de la music très fort dans le restaurant jusqu'à 3h de matin, avec un petit bébé c'était pas drôle! Et le restaurant été fermé pour dîner. |

Rien Service nul , aucun personnel disponible en soirée.Me suis fait volé ma voiture sur parking hôtel "surveillé soit disant" et aucune assistance de la part de l'hôtel. J'ai oublier un chargeur de téléphone dans la chambre et impossible de le retrouve. Trés mécontent de mon séjour |

La proprete, le service plus qu'aimable, la position au centre ville. Vraiment impeccable. Difficile de croire que l'on peut avoir tout cela a un niveau de 4 etoiles, mais pour un prix aussi modeste! Seul petit inconvenient: une bouilloire dans la chambre aurait ete une bonne idee. |

proximité du centre à pied, propreté, accueil par le personnel attention quand vous parlez anglais, vérifiez bien que votre interlocuteur a compris, car ils disent oui mais n'ont pas toujours tout compris ! |

The area where situated this hotel is a bit depressive. But to be honest it's the overal problem of Bucharest. This grot city looks like misunderstanding and you will need a less then one day to walk around there. It's pitty |

The location The room is very small for a 4 star hotel. You enter the romm just in the bed. Didn.t worth the money. Hotel royal next to this hotel is much much better and is a 4 star hotel at the same price. |

The hotel is new construction so everything is clean and fresh. The bed and linens were very comfortable. There were plenty of outlets for electric needs. The bathroom was new and very clean - the shower had very strong water pressure. The view from the room was not good (basically a fire escape and wall) but we had such a good deal on the room, I thought it was reasonable. And the room had beautiful curtains so keeping them closed was fine. |

English speaking staff, good room size, close to city centre. Airconditioning not working sufficiently. Hotel is a bit in an awkward place, but it is safe and has enough parking places. |

Large bed, clean room, good location, free parking available on location. At 6 A.M. some guys were screaming on the hallways and no one stopped it. It woke me up and i could not sleep anymore (the whole thing lasted for almost 1h). Instead of a double bed we got twin beds attached one to the other. |
