Even though it doesn't look so great from the outside, inside it looks very very good. It is clean the rooms are really large, the staff is friendly, the bathroom is very well equipped and designed.

The staff were most friendly. For example, my wife and I forgot about the hour difference from Serbia and we came for breakfast at 1045 where breakfast had long finished. It was no problem - stay as long as you wish. Do you need anything else? The staff were most helpful with planning trips around town. The Internet worked a dream. The leisure centre was just right for us.

The sauna was very good although I was disappointed that neither the steam room or jacussi were working

The restuarant menu was quite limited & generally the temperature in the public areas was far too high

Amplasare buna, relativ aproape de centrul orasului, suficiente facilitati oferite pentru un hotel de 4 stele, dotarile camerelor acceptabile.

Camerele seamana ce cele din fotografii, dar lipsesc o parte din dotarile prezentate acolo (sa nu va inchipuiti ca gasiti acele flori prin toata camera ca acolo, sau toate piesele de mobilier). Baia nu are cada precum in fotografii(este doar o cabina de dus spatioasa), iar camera este extrem de mica(daca stau 2 persoane, se calca pe picioare). Televizorul vechi este in totala discordanta cu futurismul mobilierului. Micul dejun nu este la inaltimea celor 4 stele si a pretului care se plateste pentru acesta.

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral!

Der Preis fürs Frühstück steht in keinem Verhältnis, deshalb habe ich es auch nicht gebucht. In der Stadt konnte man sehr gut und günstig frühstücken. Das Barpersonal war eher mit privaten Dingen beschäftigt, als mit den Gästen vor Ort!!! Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, haben aber immer nur Handtücher für eine Person bekommen.

Buon hotel 4 stelle, situato fuori dal centro storico (comunque raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi) e non lontano dall'aeroporto (15 minuti di taxi).

L'hotel dispone di palestra - peccato pero' che gli spogliatoi non vengono puliti tutti I giorni ; inoltre, vi e' anche vasca idromassaggio, bagno turco e sauna. Quando ci sono stato io funzionava solo la sauna peccato e comunque anche la zona benessere andrebbe tenuta meglio. Il personale , a parte qualche eccezione, sembrava seccato quando si chiedevano informazioni.
