Everything was great: the room, the food, the staff.

Good location, quite neighborhood, room was clean, staff was pleasant, hotel has private parking – price was in room rate.

Actually everything was nice. Little confusion about breakfast - hotel have menu a la card, at firs moment we was suppressed but guest can order several things from menu.

We use to stay in the minimum 4 stars hotel when we are traveling my wife and I, but this one because of the kindness and the right behavior of all people who serves you and its lean equipments deserve to have a 5th star. During our journey we had a beautiful service that make us sure to come back again in this hotel. The italian style decoration mixed with an english style furniture make you feel good. I want to add that during our journey all the people were doing their best to help us and that they speak fluent english. It is obvious that they bring at this hotel this unique touch that make the difference between a 4 stars hotel and the other. Daniela and Salvatore Livolsi

The room was comfortable and very clean, a lot of care to details (slippers and bathrobes included, tea facilities, magnifying mirror etc), good speed wireless internet access, incredibly helpful and professional staff that do everything to satisfy your preferences. the location is good and you have a general store just near the hotel. Breakfast was ok, good quality products but a bit basic, while the hotel restaurant serves a delicious and afforable food. And everyday, you get a weather card together with a chocolate bombon in your room, which I found very cute and thoughtful.

Friendly and kind receptionists, large and comfortable room and bathroom.

Breakfast was a disaster!!! Bath was so small, that I was really having problems with washing myself (I'm only 187 cm tall)

La cordialità dello staff, la posizione, la pulizia

la wifi in camera funzionava solamente a tratti, il bagno non ha un box doccia e conseguentemente era tanta acqua per terra e l'acqua usciva solamente molto calda.

Camera spatioasa, curata, "placuta ochiului" si personalul amabil.

Hmm... greu de gasit, poate ca era utila o perdea de dus in baie.

La cortesia del personale, la camera accogliente anche se rifinita col tipico gusto romeno ovvero con poca attenzione ai dettagli.

La colazione: mancano croissant, più tipi di marmellata...la possibilità di fare una colazione all'italiana!

Confortabil, deosebit. Recomand.

Fitnessraum ist nicht als solcher zu bezeichnen (2 schlechte Geräte), keine Einrichtungen wie lobby o. ä., frühstücksauswahl sehr sparsam, kein Abendessen/room service im Hotel verfügbar, keine Duschkabine/kein Duschvohang (Bad und Teppich davor werden geflutet), Einstellung der AC fast nicht möglich (Raum viel zu heiss).

Personalul este mereu zambitor, cmera a fost foarte frumoasa.

Este un hotel foarte curat,personalul este extrem de amabil, este amplasat intr-o zona buna.

Absolut totul a fost in ordine. Nu a existat ceva care sa ne creeze disconfort.

Too hot in the room. Nobody speak french Trop chaud dans la chambre. Personne ne parle francais.

Ambient foarte placut! Personal foarte amabil! Locatie foarte buna! Micul dejun servit este foarte diversificat in oferte,iar personalul salii de mese este atent la dorintele oaspetilor si satisface gusturile culinare ale acestora!

Mai multa atentie din partea personalului de intretinere a camerelor, la anumite detalii in spatiul sanitar, ar facilita acordarea calificativului de "excelent" la categoria curatenie!Sunt convins ca se vor lua masuri,iar totul va fi in acest caz, perfect!

Helpful staff, breakfast with good variety of dishes to choose from. The room was quite big, with plenty of space for 2 persons to move around, with very nice furniture and comfortable bed. Very good price for a 4 star hotel.

Sound insulation of the walls was not as expected, one could hear other guests early in the morning. We arrived quite late, the hotel's restaurant was closed and there were no other place to eat in the neighbourhood, so we had to go to the city center to find something opened at that hour.

Ho soggiornato nella suite, molto confortevole,silenziosa e con bella terrazza con vista sulla città.La pulizia si è rivelata ottima,così come la cucina.Con una comodissima e piacevole passeggiata di 15 minuti arrivi al centro storico.Personale carino,gentile e disponibile. Prezzo conveniente.Ci tornerei volentieri.
