Novotel Bucharest City Centre

L'équipement de la salle d'eau (baignoire en plastique qui bouge, robinetterie en plastique qui ne tient pas) fait toc et ridicule pour un hotel neuf dans sa catégorie.

L'emplacement et la qualité du Centre fitness

Lors du service du petit déjeuner, les serveuses parlaient fort entre elles, presque à se disputer, et couvraient largement les bruits d'ambiance

J'ai aimé le côté impeccable de l'établissement, son modernisme, sa propreté, ainsi que le professionnalisme du personnel.

La salle de bain est un peu petite : plutôt que d'y installer à la fois une douche ou une baignoire, qu'on se contente de l'un(e) des deux... (Ce n'est pas bien grave toutefois..). D'autre part, je crois qu'il serait bon d'avoir du personnel parlant français dans la mesure où la chaîne Novotel est susceptible d'attirer des clients français qui y vont pour cette raison-là.

staff is untrained in customer service, first room was unclean, concierge put me in an expensive taxi, food was pure salt

Very well situated in the center city near tube lane 2 and airport bus, good breakfast, neat room, personnel at arrival at checking in spoke French very good.

I've been hurried up by the waiter during breakfast I was not seated more than ten minutes I wonder why ? are breakfast free on the weekend ? i've been woken up early in the morning on Sunday due to drums and singers, (my room was on the tenth floor), did the hotel organize a party that night ? ;) on the whole I enjoyed my stay !

Nice position in the city, really in the centre. Friendly staff, breakfast was great, a lot of things availible. The room was very nice and comfortable.

rooms are nice and comfortable, & cleaned every day, very nice staff. bar & food area very will laid out, check in/out very easy, have to say all staff in this hotel could not do anymore for you.

The "nonrefundable" rate was very good! Location, location....... An easy walk to the oldest part of the city. Fantastic breakfast with local and traditional foods and very friendly and helpful staff. IT manager helped with internet connection. The security was on guard all the time.

Not reliable wi-fi connection due to www.orange.ro host faults.

Good quality rooms , soundproof , dark curtains and with excellent bed . Interior typical Novotel standard . Bathroom rather small (with one person it is full). The separate toilet is a plus. Late ckeck out until 17.00 hrs is a plus.

Would recommend to have the weekend late breakfast until 12.00 hrs. instead of 11.00 hrs , especially after enjoyong Romanian weddings. Late check out was until 17.00 hrs but after return around 15.00 hrs key''s were already blocked.

The pool, fitness and steam sauna was great.

Internet was with password expiring almost every day and I had to ask for new. There was no preasure of the hot water. I told the staff but no effect. Boring messages on the TV and the meassege appearence was wrong. It was not complete mesage.

Sitting chairs in lobby area are very less. The direction could towards entrance to view the coming taxies/guests

Πολυ καλή τοποθεσία, άνετο, καθαρό, πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πολύ καλό πρωινό, καλό γυμωαστήριο.

uitstekende centrale ligging & toch rustig. Zeer uitgebreid & lekker ontbijt.

zwembad is echt klein, niet geschikt voor een hotel. Geen sauna. Fitness is maar pover. Kleerkast in de kamer (30 cm breedte) is OK voor één overnachting, niet voor meerdere dagen!
