Old Town Hostel Brasov  

I like everything. It's the one of the best hostels where I was. Really recomend.

location

it's completely different than you can see on the photos. It stinks in the hostel and the owner is very very rude. they say the breakfast is included but only when the owner wants and until 10 o'clock. if you get up early, at 8 for example, the breakfast will not prepare at the kitchen. the owner got up for preparing it and we could see his bad manners earlier in the morning.

Is a nice hostel, in the center of Brasov and nearly to everything.Is clean,warm and the hostel staff is very kind and helful.Evertything was ok,free internet, free breakfast ,free coffe and tea. Reccomended!

Location is so good in old town of city. Staffs are very friendly, and use perfect English.

The room was very cosy and clean. Te staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, near to Old Town Center. The bathroom was very nice with hot water all the time.

Close to the center and cheap, mattress very okay - breakfast simple, but good, met a lot of nice people

Nice little dorm room, very cosy feel to it. Good location, 5 minutes from the old town.

Poor breakfast, half hearted staff who didn't really care what i wanted, no air con in the room bearing in mind it was hitting 40 degrees during the day, toilet got blocked, bedding was uncomfortable.

the low price, the hospitality, the trip was very interesting and entertaining.

Very close to the old town,and easy to reach by bus from the train station. Ok for a night or two.

The policy of not wearing shoes indoors was really irritating. Pretty cold at night.

We liked the staff, we liked the cleaning but, most of all, we liked cheap and good trips to the castels that they organize

Приветливый персонал, хорошее соотношение цена-качество, хорошее месторасположение.

Всего одна уборная, горячая вода есть только в душе, в?кране ее нет, что весьма затрудняет бритье.

ten hostel to jakiś żart.... 1. obsługa cały czas ma "gości" wygląda to jakby mieszkali tam na stałe.. 2. w prysznicu brakowało drzwi, wiec cała woda lądowała poza 3. 2 komputery... z tym jeden działał a drugi okupował personel 4. kuchnia syf i miejsca dla 4 osób które i tak w większości zajmował personel 5. HIT !!! mieliśmy pokój 6 osobowy... ostatnia noc, budzimy się w pokoju 7 osób. pytam tego frejera który tam pracuje o co chodzi, ten mówi, że nie podobał im się pokój który zamówili, a ten się podobał wiec się zgodziliśmy... Nawet by mi to nie przeszkadzało, ale o takie rzeczy się pyta!!!! 6. życzę powodzenia w interesach z takim podejściem do klienta 7. nie należę do wybrednych osób, ale wiele przebywających tam w tym czasie miało podobne zdanie...

Am fost surprinsa total in mod placut din toate punctele de vedere.In primul rand receptionerul este o persoana de bun simt, (are studii superioare am inteles), chiar daca poate a fost obosit (ceea ce e logic) sau daca a avut altceva personal niciodata acest lucru nu s-a vazut pe fata sau in atitudinea lui fata de mine sau fata de altii (asta am vazut-o stand uneori langa el si langa alti turisti).Personal m-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie, m-a trezit dimineata extrem de devreme in cazul in care nu as fi auzit ceasul, este dragut, amabil, are simtul umorului dar este si serios in functie de situatii. In al doilea rand totul este foarte curat.De felul meu cand merg intr-un loc strain dezinfectez totul pe la baie dar cum toate straluceau nu m-am ferit sa ating nici robinetele , nici dusul, fara sa le mai fac "tratamentul" de care am mentionat mai sus. Atmosfera placuta, cu joc de carti in camera comuna, cu respect reciproc si mutual noaptea cand mai pleaca vreun turist si nu ii deranjeaza pe ceilalti este alt lucru care m-a impresionat placut. Nimeni nu a facut nimic deranjant, sub nicio forma, am doar cuvinte de lauda. Totul este asa cum am citit inainte pe internet:apa calda curenta, acces la bucatarie, frigider, dus, TV, internet. Cunosc cel putin trei limbi straine si astfel am putut sa vorbesc cu foarte multi turisti straini si am putut sa inteleg ca, comentariile negative facute de unii straini in acest "review" a provenit din obiceiurile tarilor din care ei veneau sau pur si simplu din educatia lor primita acasa. Cand esti o persoana de bun simt este absolut imposibil sa nu vezi cu ochii tai si sa nu intelegi ca totul este in regula si la acest hostel si la acest receptioner.

Am doar apreciere pozitiva.

Oamenii extraordinari de acolo (termenul ''personal'' este prea rece) au facut tot posibilul pentru ca eu si ceilalti clienti sa ne simtim excelent. Marius, in special, a fost tot timpul in preajma noastra si a capriciilor noastre, cu o rabdare exemplara. Ma voi reintoarce oricand, cu foarte mare placere.

Ottimo servizio e staff sempre disponibile.

personalul exceptional, efectiv alearga sa-ti indeplineasca toate dorintele! in rest, isi merita clasificarea pe care o are!

The location was really good. The guy who worked there was really nice and helpful. They have really cheap tours, so, it's better if you don't book one with anticipation with other companies, as I did.

There was just a little problem with the bathroom, but nothing to worry about.
