Donny the dog was so Cute! We loved our French chef. Bogan the desk clerk was awesome. All of the girls were very nice. Especially Dora. She was the best. She answered SO many questions that we had before we arrived there. Great Hotel!! |

Friendliness of staff and spaciousness of apartment It would have been nice if some basic food supplies had been supplied eg water, milk, fruit etc especially as there are no nearby shops from which we could buy these for ourselves. |

Good room and quiet location No brealfast, before my visit I did not idea that there is a kitchen in the room where is possible to prepare breakfast. There is no information about possibilities of transport to hotel (except shuttle bus). |

La taille des Chambres qui sont en fait des appartements, le Style, déco, équipement neufs. Le petit Resto Italien maintenant présent au sous- sol de l'hôtel, vraiment très bonne nourriture à un prix imbattable... Le Bruit selon les chambres, car les portes fenêtres ne ferment pas entièrement, et les travaux des constructions alentour commencent très tôt !! Il faut privilégier les studios au nord de l'hôtel. Mon deuxième séjour s'est beaucoup mieux passé !! Internet dispo qu'au sous sol malgré une installation dans toutes les chambres... çA marche pas... Le petit dèj est très Light, dans un espace confiné... |

het personeel stond 100% voor mij klaar. ik kreeg meer service dan ik had verwacht. de mensen daar zijn vriendelijk en nemen elk advies of vraag ten harte. ook de kamers waren netjes en verzorgt. |

ottima soluzione albergo residence, ideale sia per brevi che per lunghi periodi, ottimi ambienti nuovi ed accoglienti, eleganti e confortevoli, ottima impressione generale. da migliorare lo staff della reception ho notato che ci sono molti italiani alloggiati e nessuno dello staff parla la lingua italiana, l'albergo per la sua posizione commerciale per la vicinanza del romexpo è sicuramente sempre frequentato da italiani, quindi sarebbe buona regola avere uno staff idoneo alla ricezione. |
