first room was tiny and smelt of cigarettes. second room was beeter but at higher rate.No desk to work. No tea and coffee facilities in room. No hot water on last morning. Shower only half worked. no plug in sink etc etc etc . Restaurant only passable for one hight only. |

It was situated in a nice place of Cluj There was no elevator and you had to go up and down 3 floors at least 3 times a day. |

I was in Cluj to see Chelsea play in the Champions League. Staff very friendly and helpful, swapping my room for one which wasn't smokey. Decent breakfast and comfortable bar, easy access to wifi and internet, plus a 5am nightclub with dancers for those who like that sort of thing, A 15 minute walk into city centre. The room was pretty basic but clean. Okay for a seasoned traveller, but not somewhere I'd take my wife who likes her creature comforts |

Convenience of location and services WiFi was not available in every room - however the staff was helpful and moved me to a room with fair Wi-Fi on request |

Le calme. La rapidité du service au petit déjeuner. Le non respect du prix annoncé. Le non respect de la réservation( chambre normale par rapport à la réservation de la chambre nuptiale) Ne regardez pas sous le lit pour controler la propreté. Si vous allez avec des enfants, ils pourraient poser des questions à propos des gentes dames qui attendent le soir dans la réception pour fournir les services particuliers ! |

auf Nachfrage Frühstücksbuffet nachgefüllt! Frühstück auch im Freien/Terrasse möglich. Große Auswahl! Die Bar im KG ist eine gute Sache. Als Ausklang ideal. Die Lage des Hotels und der bewachte Parkplatz sind hervorragend. Zuvorkommende Rezeptionistin bei der Anreise. Bei der Abreise sprach die Rezeptionisten mehrere Sprachen. War mit meiner Gruppe rundum glücklich!! Danke, Multumesc. Die Dusche stand regelmäßig nach dem Duschen unter Wasser, aber da ich nicht so anspruchsvoll bin, konnte ich damit leben. |
