Honestly, nothing except the television had a good selection of channels in Romanian, Hungarian, English and German, although the picture was lousy. I stay at hotels roughly 100 nights a year, this was my worst experience ever! They had a scam going where they ask what you had from the mini-bar (I had two waters and peanuts) and then "call to verify" if that's what's missing, only to "find" other missing items, with wrappers in the trash. It happened to me and another couple I met later - I'm sure it's a scam between the reception and the cleaning staff. (I mean honestly, they call to verify when you've admitted consuming stuff? Think about it!) Also, a couple of small roaches in my bathroom. Didn't see any in the bed, though. Also, every time I left my room my key card needed to be reprogrammed before I could re-enter. |

first room was tiny and smelt of cigarettes. second room was beeter but at higher rate.No desk to work. No tea and coffee facilities in room. No hot water on last morning. Shower only half worked. no plug in sink etc etc etc . Restaurant only passable for one hight only. |

The room was very small and basic. Paint chipping form the wall, Shower curtain not properly fitted. |

It was situated in a nice place of Cluj There was no elevator and you had to go up and down 3 floors at least 3 times a day. |

In timpul sederii mi-a placut faptul ca am avut asigurata linistea de care aveam nevoie. De asemenea de foarte buna calitate a fost prezenta personalului din receptie. Poate ar fi necesara o mai mare atentie la micile amanunte din camera unde se mai impun mici reparatii din cand in cand |

Le calme. La rapidité du service au petit déjeuner. Le non respect du prix annoncé. Le non respect de la réservation( chambre normale par rapport à la réservation de la chambre nuptiale) Ne regardez pas sous le lit pour controler la propreté. Si vous allez avec des enfants, ils pourraient poser des questions à propos des gentes dames qui attendent le soir dans la réception pour fournir les services particuliers ! |
