Friendly receptionists. Clean sheets, floor, towels.
Smoke smell incrusted in the room... For me, personally, It go over all other things that was very OK... I'm VERY sensible with smells... They do NOT have non smoking rooms, as it's stated in hotel description. One can smoke in every room, and the hotel stuff covers it with the air freshener after...
Bad hotel, very noisy, bad sleeping. They weren't esspersso on the breakfast, poor breakfast.
Close to the Railway station.
Unhelpful staff. Seemed to not care whether they helped or not. Breakfast seemed to be leftovers from a previous event.
Stayed only for one night. The room very clean and spacious, the furniture -contemporary and high quality. Staff helpful. B/fast ok.
Maybe more parking spaces needed. You can definitely park on the road also, but I would feel more secure leaving my car in a car park.
Very nice and comfortable place to stay either for transit or a longer stay. Breakfast is also very good
Flat screen tv. More or less decent value for money.
I found a small crushed insect on my pillow. Heating was adjustable but varied through the night, it was hot when I went to bed and completely cold when I woke up. Breakfast with rather old bread and cheese and pretty cold omelet.
Good budgetary hotel for family rest.
The only shortcoming - ignorance by the personnel of languages (Russian, English). If you count on a good breakfast - don't hope. Coffee with a croissant was ordered. Cold coffee with white loaf, instead of croissants was served.
Very clean hotel, excellent place for business travelers
Not enough parking spots, if the hotel is full and you are coming in late, you'd like to be sure your car is not parked on tram lines
Hated the fact that i had to eat breakfast with a couple of strangers in the wardrobe while the whole restaurant space was free and unoccupied. That is just wrong from every point of view. I wouldn t stay there lest forced to.
