The location was convinient for me. The staff were kind .At the restaurant they were very kind . The bathroom was old .Not pleasant at all .It is not a 4 star hotel (2+star maybe).There was a very poor wi-fi (absent at all).Not change of sheets for 3 days !

I found the Oxford hotel ideally situated for the beach and the water parks, prices were very reasonable, and the staff were very friendly, the room it self was very clean and well maintained, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

the room was clean and the breakfast was decent the hotel is not 4 stars but offcially 3 and truly like a 2 stars superior. the morning in my arrival day somebody called me from hotel to inform me that despite my booking, they don't have anymore room for me and they can recommand me another hotel. it was settled in the end, but this was a bad experience and the communication with staff from hotel not exactly pleasant.they acted extremly unprofessional both in management of their bookings and as well regarding communication with clients.

The room was very clean, the hotel staff was very nice. The breakfast was reach and we even had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the service and food were very good.The hotel is situated at the border between Constanta and Mamaia, however few minutes walking to the "gondola" to reach the centre of Mamaia.

Hotelul arata bine si este curat. Camerele sunt suficient de mari pentru a nu te simti sufocat iar personalul a fost, surprinzator, foarte politicos. Restaurantul hotelului este excelent. Mancarea si modul de servire merita un 10 curat, la fel si ospatarii. In primul rand, hotelul este de 3 stele si nu de 4 cum este listat in sistemul booking.com. Mobilierul este de PAL, pernele sunt ingrozitor de inconfortabile (nu stiu cu ce sunt umplute insa te trezesti cu o durere de gat sau ceafa in mod sigur). Deasemenea pozitia nu este una buna pentru cei care isi doresc un hotel langa plaja, Oxfordl fiind amplasat chiar la intrarea in Mamaia, langa fantana in forma de bila. Un alt aspect negativ: in rezervarea facuta se specifica posibilitatea de a comanda contra cost mic dejun britanic. Nici vorba de asa ceva. Daca insistati e posibil sa fiti beneficiarii irascibilitatii ospatarilor care din cate mi-am dat seama nu prea stiau ce inseamna "mic dejun britanic". Dar va explica politicos ca aveti tot ce va doriti la bufet.

Micul dejun a fost foarte bun. Camerele si hotelul frumos utilate si curate. Era cam zgomotoasa zona noaptea (50m fata de parcul de distractii) dar daca inchideai usa de la balcon era ok. Oricum e cam incomod de mers pana la plaja pentru ca trebuie traversat parcul de distractii si mai aiurea e piata din fata hotelului Perla. Aerul conditionat din camera cam picura pe pat (chiar deasupra pernelor si/sau a capului). La final la receptie ni s-a spus ca avem de achitat 1 RON pentru ca am folosit telefonul - dar nu il folosisem! (i-am spus ca nici nu am observat ca e telefon in camera si ne-a lasat in pace...ciudat, oricum)

Personalul foarte amabil, curatenia, designul modern si in special faptul ca mirosea mereu frumos atat in camere cat si in incinta hotelului. In alte cuvinte un concediu reusit!

Sigur nu este de 4 stele cum este afisat pe booking.com, doua stele sigur. Baia murdara WC super murdar la check in, praf peste tot in camera.

Are parcare destul de mare, mancarea este acceptabila, curatenie in camera in primul rand pe booking reiese ca acest hotel este de 4 stele...cand ajungi in fata hotelului constati ca este de 3 stele, pe booking am rezervat un apartament si cand am ajuns am gasit camera dubla si cu paturi separate. nici booking si nici hotelul de 3 stele nu m-au anuntat ca este vreo problema. am stat 3 persoane inghesuite intr-o camera.

La plecare am achitat 62.5 lei pentru niste produse din mini bar pe care nu le-am consumat. Am mers cu masina, suntem amandoi soferi, eu am condus pana la Bucuresti, prietenul meu de la Bucuresti la Iasi. Bauturile care ne-au fost facturate ne-ar fi facut infractori siguri pana la destinatie. Am fost recent in Africa, unde infractionalitatea e foarte mare, dar nu mi s-a intamplat asa ceva. Am achitat suma deaorece am presupus ca e o diferenta de cazare pentru ca am locuit o noapte in apartament. Este pacat ca hotelul arata bine, este bine amplasat, insa la plecare te trezesti ca ti se poate cere oricat pe motiv ca ai consumat din mini bar. Hotel nou construit, cu un design modern, camere spatioase, cu o cromatica placuta, reconfortanta; personal extrem de amabil, mic dejun variat, restaurantul spatios. Plaja la 10 minute de mers pe jos. In apropiere -parcul Aqua Magic, telegondola, Satul de vacanta.Mi-a placut sejurul la acest hotel si cred ca m-asi mai intoarce. Atmosfera zgomotoasa din timpul noptii data de muzica restaurantelor din Satul de vacanta care sunt in apropiere, care nu poate fi atribuita personalului hotelului.

duże przestronne pokoje, relatywnie niedrogie wyposażenie minibarku, hotel niedaleko plaży , centrum handlowego i parku, dobra lokalizacja za w miarę przystępną cenę i w porównaniu do innych hoteli w mamai (ocena wizualna zewnętrznych walorów hoteli) to standard wyższy niż hotele z lat socjalizmu znajdujące się przy samej plaży a któych cena jest znacznie wyższa. na śniadanie warto pójść z samego rana bo na godzinę przed końcem może już nie być większości produktów i raczej niechętnie są donoszone. Ogólnie dość niechlujne wnętrza, ale to chyba nie dotyczy tylko tego hotelu- sądzę że Rumuni generalnie nie przywiązują wagi do szczegółów estetycznych.
