Hotel Oxford  

The location was convinient for me. The staff were kind .At the restaurant they were very kind .

The bathroom was old .Not pleasant at all .It is not a 4 star hotel (2+star maybe).There was a very poor wi-fi (absent at all).Not change of sheets for 3 days !

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was really good and the restaurant downstairs was just renovated. More suitable for business or short stops.

The location is just at the entrance of the town in a traffic roundabout and it was really really crowded during our stay (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and police officers were blowing their whistle, angry drivers were honking. Unfortunatelly our room had window exactly in that directon therefore we couldn't stay with the open window. Not for holidays.

The room was very clean, the hotel staff was very nice. The breakfast was reach and we even had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the service and food were very good.The hotel is situated at the border between Constanta and Mamaia, however few minutes walking to the "gondola" to reach the centre of Mamaia.

the hotel is not 4 stars but offcially 3 and truly like a 2 stars superior. the morning in my arrival day somebody called me from hotel to inform me that despite my booking, they don't have anymore room for me and they can recommand me another hotel. it was settled in the end, but this was a bad experience and the communication with staff from hotel not exactly pleasant.they acted extremly unprofessional both in management of their bookings and as well regarding communication with clients.

Are parcare destul de mare, mancarea este acceptabila, curatenie in camera

in primul rand pe booking reiese ca acest hotel este de 4 stele...cand ajungi in fata hotelului constati ca este de 3 stele, pe booking am rezervat un apartament si cand am ajuns am gasit camera dubla si cu paturi separate. nici booking si nici hotelul de 3 stele nu m-au anuntat ca este vreo problema. am stat 3 persoane inghesuite intr-o camera.

Muy cerca del mar

No se corresponde la calidad con el precio. Es caro para lo que son las habitaciones.Carece de piscina, desayuno repetitivo, wifi con señal muy débil en las habitaciones, no hay papelera en las habitaciones salvo la del lavabo.

Eu am avut un apartament, asa ca a fost oarecum spatios, cu camere luminoase, terasa mare.

Televizorul foarte mic, terasa fara masa si scaune, baie mica si amenajata ieftin, lipsa lampilor in dormitor, mic dejun saracacios, amplasarea departe de centru statiunii.

Personalul si conditiile de cazare

Mancare prea putina la mic dejun

Personalul foarte amabil, curatenia, designul modern si in special faptul ca mirosea mereu frumos atat in camere cat si in incinta hotelului. In alte cuvinte un concediu reusit!
