The hotel has a very good value for money ratio. The facilities are very good. During my first stay in March everything was fine, the room was clean, the facilities wellk maintained. This time it was different. The room was not hoovered, the toilet was smelly, the fan in the bathroom did not work. The shower was a bit run down. It seems to me, at if it is very dependent in the room at the Oxford Hotel..... |

The hotel has a very good value for money ratio. The staff is partly o.k., partly very friendly. The breakfast is o.k. if compared to the country level, a bit poor compared to a good german hotel. It is served in a separate room as buffet, if there are enough guests. If not, in the restaurant a la carte. The restaurant is a smokers restaurant - this is a major disadvantage!! It is located on a pretty loud road. |

The weather and Romanian food which was very good Reception staff were very efficient on arrival and in answering questions The breakfast buffet was poor. Items were not replaced when empty. It should be the full service for the complete service time The staff were not particularly customer friendly for example walking through reception to breakfast no 'good morning' or have a 'good day'. |

Room was neat clean and comfortable. The staff were not overly friendly or didn't seem to want to help very much. We also thought there would be ongoing wireless in the room, not just 10 min per day in reception available to us. |

Nothing, checked out after 1 night. When checking in asked if could pay with American Express, was advised yes. When checked out, had to refuse to pay in any other form of payment to have American Express card accepted. |

The comfort and facilities. However it could be available an internet connection or a wireless Internet hub. The personnel, especially in the restaurant and the reception are not up to the standard of the hotel and the facilities. |

Ist sehr nache am Strand und an der Einkaufspromenade Die Verarbeitungen in den Zimmer war nicht gerade so Top aber in der Schweiz haben wir auch andere voraussetzungen |

Personalul este corect, decent si ai siguranta bunurilor lasate in hotel, exista wireless si micul dejun este satisfacator. As recomanda ca cei care sunt cazati in hotel sa aiba parcarea asigurata, a fost foarte neplacuta partea de parcare si as recomanda ca tarifarea unui pas suplimentar sa se reflecte intr-un contraserviciu real, in sensul ca respectivele canapele sunt inadecvate odihnei prelungite de noapte. |

Sgt. Standard, Klima - genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus, Zimmereinrichtung sehr gut, viele TV-Kanäle, gut isolierte Fenster. Personal vermutl. mentalitätsbedingt etwas muffig, Restaurant leider mit Raucherlaubnis, Outdoor-Grossplakat vor Fassade und Balkonen (Sicht)! |

Hotellet er ok men beliggenheden er ret dårlig. Hotellet er placeret før indgangen i byen,lige over for en meget trafikkeret rundkørsel med mange støjgener til følge. Udover det, er der for langt til stranden. Det største problem er dog børnevengliheden. Hotellet er langt fra børnevenligt.Hotellet har hverken barnesenge eller barnestole i restauranten. På jeres hjemmeside står der, at man kan leje et barneseng på hotellet mod ca. 20 euro/nat, hvilket er falsk varebetegnelse. Hvis det skal gå, så skal der gøres noget for børnefamilierne. |

Although the room was opposite of the main road, isolation was good and there were no noise inside. Also it was a clean and comfortable room. |
