Staff, service, comfort, upgrade nothing is a problem. Business lounge food display, fish and meats should not be in the same food display fridge as fruits and cereals. |

The staff was welcoming. The hotel was new. We liked the food. Our room was toooo hot. The spa said they were fully booked but I saw empty treatment rooms and not many staff around. Bad time and staff management. |

The Spa was excellent, and the staff there were very friendly. The hotel restaurant, called the Versaille, did not have a professional staff. When my friend and I entered the hotel the first evening, and were dressed for a hiking trip, the staff seemed to look down on us because we weren't dressed formally, but there was no dress code assigned for the restaurant. I mentioned this to the front desk at check out, but it didn't seem to matter to them. |

The lady who checked us in and helped arrange our visit into sibiu was excellent - Location to park was excellent The lady who arranged transportation to get us from Sibiu to Bucharest was either not sure of herself or arranged to have a car take us, while quite nice and polite, - we felt that this was our worse experience in Romania - we felt that we were gouged financially - paid up front 1.5-2 times what the rate should have been. |

Totul a fost la modul superlativ. Te incanta ca exista asa ceva si in Romania. Felicitari tuturor celor care sunt implicati, mai mult sau mai putin, in administrarea si intretinerea lui. |

No hay indeicaciones para llegar al hotel y con el cambio de nombre ha sido un problema encontrar-lo .Tardamos una hora para localizar-lo una vez llegados a Sibiu. - No disponer de cartas en Francés en el restaurante Versailles ni hablar en francés el personal del mismio. |

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Beim Auschecken hat man sich erdreistet, meiner Aussage zum Minibar-Verzehr zu misstrauen und einen Mitarbeiter zur Kontrolle auf das Zimmer geschickt. Unwürdig.... |

Absolutes super Hotel. Gehört der Hilton Gruppe an. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Hotelangestellte. Sehr gepflegtes Frühstück. Super Wellnessanlage. Perfekt.... Etwas ausserhalb von Sibiu. Aber zu empfehlen ist mit dem Taxi in die Stadt zu fahren. Ist relativ billig..... |

heerlijke sauna`s en stoomcabine en relaxruimte`s de bediening was supper aardig en hulpzaam zelfs t/m de dames die de kamers deden . Met de kinderen werd ook goed omgegaan . al bij al het was super ! Het was jammer dat het rustig was met het eten . We haden er 2 x gegeten en 2 x zaten we er alleen . |
