Clean and comfortable rooms at a good price. Good location.

Breakfast is not good. Some noise during the night from other guests.

everything was as expected...

they need to start refurnishing some of the apartments...

Close to City Central

Room is 40 €, breakfast is 9 €. Expensive for Romania conditions.

the hotel was clean and modern. The housekeeping staff were amazing who knew our needs before we did.

the room was too hot, windows did not open and unable to turn down heat. the front desk staff checking my family in was rude. we ate in the over priced restaurant and the waiter barely gave us the time of day. we had to hunt him down for the bill and we were the only ones in there. there was no door or curtain in the tub to take a shower.

The stuff at front desk don't speak much..more of them not even the simple hello..like you are in their livingroom...and you are the one bothering them. Lack of shower gel in the bathroom.

Like always,all the Ibis hotel are very clean, very comfy and the room are very nice.

The price, well within my budget, Excellent staff, very helpful. The location was ok, excellent for me, very close to my work. But on a larger context, it is located in a place away from the city life, any activity.

Would have liked a tea maker in the room.

The hotel staff was really nice and the location of the hotel is near the parliament.

There was no window in the room that can be opened.

My room was big, with a coach also.

The parking place is paid 2 ron per hour and this is not mentioned in the reservation. The bathroom looks very poor. If you have the windows towards the main street, the noise is big.

Am avut camera de nefumatori iar in interiorul hotelului nu exista nici macar un singur loc de fumat .

Reasonablely priced and good for a quick turnaround. Great staff.

Room was too small, bathroom facilities poor condition. Had to walk 15 minutes across the park to get to the metro. Hotel packed with busy business travelers who were overloading the staff.

It's very close to the city center, relatively cheap and quite satisfactory (if you're more interested in visiting the city than in the hotel itself).

If you're booking during weekend (and you're checking in in the same weekend), your booking might not be found - though you'll manage to get the room, finally.

The room was clean and it was for no smokers.

The bed was awful. In order to use their parking area you should pay about 0.5eur per each hour which is a huge amount for 3 nights/4 days. Even the parking area was empty and a lot of cars on the tiny streets near by and also a lot of reviews on booking.com site related to the huge cost for a parking spot, I don't think the management stuff cares about that, maybe they are blind. They don't have windows in the room, only a wall with glass, I had the feeling I am in a cage without any air (only AC). They have old (?) broken (?) cards in order to use also for elevator, not only for the rooms. One evening I had to go up and down and up one more time and again down till the lady from the reception gave me a good card to use (I couldn't open anymore my room with the old card, only use it for elevator) Voi scrie si in limba romana pentru cei ce ajung in Bucuresti din alte localitati si au masina si nu cunosc limba engleza: parcarea este atat de scumpa incat veti ajunge sa platiti aproximativ 50 lei pentru o masina pentru fiecare zi, iar camerele nu au ferestre, doar geamuri fixe, este deci imposibil ca in camera fiind sa luati o gura de aer curat. Cardurile pentru camera nu stiu daca li se strica des sau sunt vechi, oricum eu am coborat intr-o seara de 2 ori pana cand am primit un card pe care sa il pot folosi si la deschiderea usii de la camera, nu doar pentru a folosi liftul.

Mic dejunul a fost variat si excelent! Parcarea generoasa! Destul de silentios in ciuda traficului!

Nu am nimic de reprosat

Situation géographique idéale. Au pied du parlement. Très facile d'accès en voiture. Le centre de Bucarest est à 10 minutes c'est vraiment idéal. Petit déjeuner Continental idéal pour les croissants et le café est bon pour une fois dans ce type d'hôtel ! Le personnel est super comme d'habitude en Roumanie.

Le confort n'est pas à l'image du groupe Accor Hôtel, des efforts à faire. Parking + petit déjeuner payants aussi coûteux que la nuit c'est un scandale.

Tot, de la parcare pana in camera. Hotel elegant, cu sisteme moderne de acces, camera suficient de spatioasa pentru doua persoane, curatenie, liniste, personal amabil. Voi reveni cu placere.

M-a deranjat faptul ca, pe acest site, la rezervarea camerei se cer datele de pe cardul de credit, lasand clientului impresia ca in acest fel s-a si facut plata (ca la alte hoteluri tot din Bucuresti). Ori, in realitate, esti pus in situatia sa te scotocesti prin buzunare la receptia hotelului, ceea ce mi s-a si intamplat. Deci, faceti, va rog, precizarea, undeva pe site, ca aceste date va sunt necesare numai pentru verificarea valabilitatii cardului si a sumei disponibile in cont, si ca, in acest mod, hotelul are garantia recuperarii contravalorii rezervarii facute, in cazul in care clientul nu o anuleaza in termen sau nu se prezinta. Sau, ca sugestie, incepand cu orele 19.00 ale zilei de check-in, retineti automat de pe card contravaloarea rezervarii facute! Ramanand ca doar costurile suplimentare (parcare, convorbiri telefonice, etc) sa fie facute la receptia hotelului, la parasirea acestuia.

Близост до центъра

Ползването на паркинг към хотела беше притеснително . Заплаща се отделно ,с жетони ,при всяко влизане и излизане . Наложи се персонала да разглоби бариерата ,при излизане от паркинга , тъй като устройството не работеше .

Tutto, credo che facciamo a dire quello che non mi è piaciuto cioè: niente. Insomma tutto bene.

Le finestre nelle camere non si aprono, nè vi è la possibilità di aprirle. Questo è un grande disagio perchè nelle stanze vi è aria viziata e maleodorante

Amplasarea hotelului aproape de importante instituţii ale statului.

Totul a fost Ok.

Amplasarea hotelului este foarte buna, aproape si de metrou. Raportul calitate pret excelent. Camerele sunt ok, personalul gata sa te ajute cu orice problema ar fi.

Parcarea este cu plata, camerele nu au mai fost modernizate, imbunatatite de mult se vede ca nu s-a mai facut nimic la hotel.

Nu mi-a plăcut nimic la acest hotel!

Camera de nefumator mirosea a tigara. Sub pat am găsit prezervative. Nu recomand nimănui acest hotel. Do not recomend!
