El Pantex Hotel és en un edifici modern i elegant, en un punt bonic del centre de Brasov i a prop de la bellesa natural de la muntanya de Tampa, i és perfecte tant per a viatgers de negocis com de plaer. S'hi arriba fàcilment i té aparcament, per la qual cosa és un punt de partida excel·lent per a excursions a Brasov, a Bran i al seu famós castell de Dràcula, a Rasnov, a Predeal o a Sinaia. Les habitacions són elegants, confortables i espaioses, estan decorades amb estuc venecià i tenen dutxa d'hidromassatge. Des de les habitacions de la part posterior de l'edifici podreu gaudir d'una vista panoràmica sobre el centre de la ciutat o el bosc. It's a very nice hotel, quiet and clean. The location is perfect for easy access to old town. Staff is curteous, breakfast has a decent variety, coffee is excellent. We enjoyed it very much. Be aware of limited parking and rooms which face the street, it can get pretty noisy during the day. It gets quiet at night, though.

It was clean, the location is really great to visit and enjoy the stay in Brasov. It is easy to park. A bit noisy the last day, we were able to hear the other people speaking in the room close to us. It was my second time in this hotel, the first time the difficult thing was to find the location.

Worth choosing just for the very convenient location. This is a bright and cheery hotel with smart well appointed rooms. Lack of A/C makes for hot rooms and lack of fresh produce, fruit, or hot dishes makes for a pretty poor breakfast (and you could really do without the loud techno music!). The scrub of land for 'reserved parking' at the rear is haphazard, unsupervised and in no way secure.

The room was comfortable, clean with all amenities available. Its proximity to the main square is advantageous for shopping. The staff are friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. The hotel made our stay all the more enjoyable. I cannot say enough about the staff and their friendly demeanour. An electric kettle would be nice to enable coffee making. Expresso coffee is nice but I enjoy ordinary coffee as well. Does not seem to be easily found in Brasov or Romania. This is no reflection on the hotel, only a personal wish.

Friendly reception and service, relative quiet location, spacious room with balcony, good breakfest buffet, value for money Curtain wasn't well fitted and sink was blocked. After report at reception only sink-problem was solved.

Very good location, only 5 minutes walk from the lower end of the central walking street of Brasov. It's clean and its breakfast is very good. The hotel staff is very good and always willing to help. Very nice view at the city of Brasov, especially from the breakfast hall. Our bikes were parked just outside the main entrance of the hotel. Not that secure but at least during the night, the hotel offers a security personnel together with a 24-hour reception. So, parking was secure enough. Wifi at the room was very weak and thus impossible to use.

In general helpfull staff, specially Anka and the barman, allways ready to stand up and assist the customer. Location perfect. Boutique style hotel. Comfortable, large rooms, in front with city view. Breakfast room with panorama view over city. Quality hotel. Bus groups of 50 people empty a breakfast buffet very quickly. Leaving individual travellers in an uncomfortable position.

The hotel was very quite and safe. The room was very clean and modern. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was a little basic. Limited choice of cerals / breads etc. I felt although the staff were helpful they could be more friendly.

The hotel is at a fantastic location. The bathrooms were just renovated. The room is very clean, fairly spacious with satellite TV. The breakfast was excellent... Great value for the money... Wireless does not work very efficiently...

The hotel was very good and very close to see sides like Piata Sfatului and Black Church. 5 min to a mc donalds a taxi station and 3 min to a mall with a market. Near many restaurants and very close to Tampa Teleferic. It is the best choise for travelers who want to see Brasov. Quiet area. Beautiful bath. Shower was grate. Strong beds and clean rooms. Wi fi worked ok. I will come back soon because I loved it. Brekfast was poor. The maides where a little bit "barfitoare". Parking was poor also. Only 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel and from the front desk they told us to park to the near mall parking. And there nobody watch our car. In the rooms there was no safe and no acces to handicap persons from the front desk to the elevator.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite new and is comfortably furnished. The showers are particularly good. The breakfast buffet had a reasonable choice including fruit and cereal as well as the more normal cheese and ham. It is a short walk from the main pedestrianised central area. The maintenance and cleaning of the rooms can be a bit random - this is probably more oversight than anything else but if it continues the quality of the hotel could drop.

Marvellous central location - few minutes walking distance from Piaţa Sfatului (the main square), Black Church, old town, cable car, shops etc. Friendly and helpful member of staff manning the reception at all hours. Clean, spacious, modern room. Hearty breakfast served by nice people. Thick floors and walls in rooms, so couldn't hear movements of other guests. Would happily stay there again. The room we stayed in (504) had a great view from the balcony. But... This overlooked a house with two noisy dogs. For the 4 days we were there, these dogs seemed to be permanently tied up in the garden in all weathers. *Not* the fault of the hotel of course, but it was just an upsetting sight to see every day. If this was in England I would have already called the rspca. I repeat this is not the hotel's fault, so don't be put off. But maybe someone will read this and do something about it.
