Hotel Pantex  

It was clean, the location is really great to visit and enjoy the stay in Brasov. It is easy to park.

A bit noisy the last day, we were able to hear the other people speaking in the room close to us. It was my second time in this hotel, the first time the difficult thing was to find the location.

The floor under the beds had not been cleaned for a long time (we were searching for a lost wallet)

The room was comfortable, clean with all amenities available. Its proximity to the main square is advantageous for shopping. The staff are friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. The hotel made our stay all the more enjoyable. I cannot say enough about the staff and their friendly demeanour.

An electric kettle would be nice to enable coffee making. Expresso coffee is nice but I enjoy ordinary coffee as well. Does not seem to be easily found in Brasov or Romania. This is no reflection on the hotel, only a personal wish.

Great location on hillside. Quiet street, but just a few blocks to center of town. Helpful, friendly staff.

The location is close to the city center, the breakfast is good.

The parking is not available all the time.

We have reserved private parking with the hotel and had an e-mail confirmation, however it was not available when we have arrived.

In general helpfull staff, specially Anka and the barman, allways ready to stand up and assist the customer. Location perfect. Boutique style hotel. Comfortable, large rooms, in front with city view. Breakfast room with panorama view over city. Quality hotel.

Bus groups of 50 people empty a breakfast buffet very quickly. Leaving individual travellers in an uncomfortable position.

The hotel was very quite and safe. The room was very clean and modern. The staff were helpful.

Breakfast was a little basic. Limited choice of cerals / breads etc. I felt although the staff were helpful they could be more friendly.

The hotel was very good and very close to see sides like Piata Sfatului and Black Church. 5 min to a mc donalds a taxi station and 3 min to a mall with a market. Near many restaurants and very close to Tampa Teleferic. It is the best choise for travelers who want to see Brasov. Quiet area. Beautiful bath. Shower was grate. Strong beds and clean rooms. Wi fi worked ok. I will come back soon because I loved it.

Brekfast was poor. The maides where a little bit "barfitoare". Parking was poor also. Only 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel and from the front desk they told us to park to the near mall parking. And there nobody watch our car. In the rooms there was no safe and no acces to handicap persons from the front desk to the elevator.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite new and is comfortably furnished. The showers are particularly good. The breakfast buffet had a reasonable choice including fruit and cereal as well as the more normal cheese and ham. It is a short walk from the main pedestrianised central area.

The maintenance and cleaning of the rooms can be a bit random - this is probably more oversight than anything else but if it continues the quality of the hotel could drop.
