Hotel Pantex    

Great place for a couple of nights. Staff are very good at recommending places to visit and local amenities. Safe neighbourhood.

Lack of parking facilities

The staff is the best asset of Pantex, since they always receive you with a smile and they are very helpful. The location is very good as well, close to Tampa hill and the old city. Everything works perfectly and the place is very well located.

The location and the price is very good. You will walk about 7-10 minutes to the center. The rooms are very comfortable (I have been already 4 times in the hotel and been always in different rooms), the bed is big and the room as well as the bathroom is clean. The hotel is located on a small road. Nevertheless, it's a quite area. And Brasov is very nice also for a city trip with your partner !!

To less parking places for the car. Neverthess if the hotel has less bookings you will find a parking place in front of the hotel.

We are favourite customers. We receive the room imediatlly and everything was ok. Heat super ok. My mark is 8.

Bath room need to be more clean. No wi fi in second floor. Parking poor. Breakfast poor.

Desi am rezervat o camera dubla cu balcon, am primit cea mai proasta camera din hotel, la parter langa receptie, fara balcon si complet diferita de ce se vede in poze la descrierea hotelului. Foarte mult zgomot, dezinteres total fata de client si fata de rezervarea de pe booking (managerul hotelului ne-a transmis ca daca nu ne convine ce am primit putem sa plecam ).

Excellent location just on the edge of town and next to the hill. Very large spacious/clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathroom, also very quiet. Friendly and smiley reception staff!

Basic facilities, apart from the excellent rooms nothing really to shout about. Also very basic buffet breakfasts. Enough to get you going for the day but that is all. Breakfast guy not particularly friendly, didn't get a smile out of him in 5 mornings! You have to ask for any coffee/tea, he will never offer you one and you can't help yourself!

It is a new hotel, very clean, and comfortable with modern amenities. -10 mins walk distance to Brasov center. -I could not believe how clean this hotel was and a well presented morning breakfast and the staff were very nice to us -Staff was accomodating and friendly

Well I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and ready to help the staff was. At the reception all my questions were answered, help was offered and even research was made in order to make the most of our time in Brasov. Friendly, easy going and helpful. Good customer service

The only thing that can be improved are the satins on the carpets and the cleanning could be more thoroughly done.

It is very close to town center. It is the 4 time we come to this hotel. We enjoy very much. Brekfast ok.

The maides are ruining the hotel reputation. They come and enter the room without knoking they don,t clean the room they leave the trash and don,t pick it up. We book a day and decide to stay more. At the reception we ask if there is ok by staing more and they verify on the computer and sayed it is ok but on the last day the manager come to our door and ask us if we are still staying if that he wanted to throw us out. I don,t know what to say. In the future we will come again because it is a beautiful hotel. No ac in room. Bad wi fi didn,t work. No parking. You have to park your car at a mall near by.

Nice hotel, we were shown 2 rooms to choose from. A big one without balcony or a little one with balcony. very good shower and decent breakfast. English speaking personnel. Location is excellent!

Not too much extra facilities in the hotel. Almost more pension than hotel. But there is a lot to do near the hotel so that didn't really matter.

It was a beautiful. Modern and comfortable hotel. It was about two blocks from the entrance to the Brasov town center. Nice European breakfast in a room with great views of the mountains and city.
