Staff were very helpful room had fair sized bathroom Unfortunately the bar was being renovated during my stay, room had some unpainted plaster repairs and was compact. |

The staff were very helpful and welcoming when we arrived, and answered our enquiries about Bucharest.The breakfast was more varied than others we had in hotels in Romania The hotel seemed to be unfinished . There were bare wires sticking out in some places, there was no fire exit marked; the only way out seemed to be down the spiral stairs we had climbed. The complex shower in our room failed (we could not turn off the water on the second night of our stay) and condensation from the air conditioner dripped inside the room, soaking the floor. Against that, the staff immediately found us an alternative room and apologised profusely |

The personal was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has good location, 10 min walk from city center and 5 minutes walk from restaurants. Good place to stay for reasonable price |

it was nice, but not really a 4star hotel. but for the price it was ok. the staff was excellent, all spoke very good english and were a lot helpful. the location is ok but for me it was quite hard to find it according to the map |

The building is beautiful in a very pleasant and attractive neighborhood not far from the city center. The decor was beautiful, contemporary chic and perfectly comfortable after a long day walking. Great service -the staff were all extraordinarily friendly and warm. The breakfast was excellent - the best I had from accommodations Romania. I wish there were phones set up in the rooms. There were some mildly leaky pipes in the bathrooms, but worth it considering we were in a charming old building. |

The best aspect was the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. This is rare and they could not have been more helpful in every way.I liked the idea of rennovating an old Bucharest house in a very modern style...and the purple paint! |

I felt very comfortable at this hotel, it is a very intimate location. The staff was really nice, the room was truly nice. What stands out is the design of the entire hotel. A good feature is the free Internet. Breakfast was good too. No telephone in the room, but I wouldn't use it anyway. |

the staff was very nice(I think is a family business), very good breakfast and good location it is not like a hotel, is rather like a pension; the room had no hairdryer, was very cold(not heated in advance); all the device was unplugged(we had to look under the bed for the plug); the reception is closed during the night; general image nice but defenetelly not a 4 star hotel!!!!!!! |

Naar Roemeense normen is dit een goed hotel, op 20 minuutjes stappen van het oude centrum. Het hotel is romantisch, heeft alle basisfasciliteiten en is een budgetvriendelijkere oplossing dan de gekende luxehotels. Ik ga er zeker terug vanwege de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en het hotelpersoneel staat altijd voor je klaar. |

Hôtel situé dans une zone très tranquille à 20 minutes à peine du centre historique. Nous avions une très grande chambre ( 2 parties : chambre et grand salon) avec 2 balcons. Personnel très attentionné. Petit déjeuner buffet correct. Parking dans la rue, mais ce n'est pas gênant, car le quartier est calme ( proximité d'ambassade) |

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprachen mehrere Fremdsprachen. Außerdem lieg das Hotel in einem alten, ruhigen Villenviertel, von dem aus man gut zu Fuß ins Zentrum kommt. |
