Pensiunea Italiana is placed in the historical centre of Brasov, in a historical monument. The building's architecture, its warm colours and decorative elements allude to a typical Italian pension.

It is located only 10 minutes walk from the historical centre, where you can find the main sights - The Black Church, The Council House, The Ecaterina Gate, The White Tower, The Black Tower, The Graft Bastion, The Republicii Street and much more. The pension is also close to the departure point to Poiana Brasov, the most famous ski resort in Romania.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The pension benefits of central heating (the terracotta fireplaces are simply decorative), phonic and thermic isolation and a terrace that, in the winter season, can be turned into a closed and warming place.

the location is fine (a small walk to city center), the owner is very friendly and the deluxe room is amazing (xxl bed and private jacuzzi)... it's worth the price diference

the breakfast is poor and Lupa (the dog) is noisy and scary...

Ariana, the proprietor, has a warm and welcoming personality. The property is incredibly clean and well appointed, and our double room was a comfortable size. The walk to the adorable downtown pedestrian area - about 10 minutes - is very enjoyable (or will be when the street outside the pension is done), level and very safe.

We are dog lovers - and Ariana has 2 - but 1, a German shepherd, is apparently solely an outside dog. The dog makes guests feel as if any trespassers definitely won't be coming into the pension, but he also barks A LOT and he isn't very responsive to attempts by the owner to quiet down. We were woken up or kept awake both of the nights we stayed. A fan in the room would be a welcome addition.

It was a nice quiet location about 200 meters from the center. Room was big and cool and quiet.

The gate is a little tricky to nagivate.

Arriving by car we found the pension easily in the main street close to Old Town. The welcome was friendly and the accommodation good. The Pension also has free guarded parking.

Owner of hotel helpful.

Furniture very old and poor, bathroom as well very poor. too expensive for that. I would not book it again. Breakfast more thatn poor.

The owner. Fantastic lady.

Decor. The deluxe room is overly furnished and a nightmare if you have any taste. It faced the front of the street and it was hard to sleep as there was construction going on. The room does not need that much furniture.

The woman that worked at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Our room was also very spacious, nice, and clean. Plus it only took us approximately 10 minutes to walk from our hotel to the downtown area. It exceeded my expectations and if I ever decide to go back to Brasov I would stay there again. A great value!
