l'accueil chaleureux, d'autant que l'un d'entre nous parlait italien la voirie en réfection, la pension n'y était pour rien . Par ailleurs, la photo était certainement un peu trop avantageuse |

La sympathie du personnel, le coté kitch, plein de petits détails dans la chambre ( choix de la couleur de la lumière). les toilettes n'étaient pas séparées de la chambre (manque d'intimité si on est n'est pas amoureux). |

I especially liked the fact that it was within walking distance from the city center, but far enough away from it, to be quiet during the night.The beds were comfortable. A plus was that you could always contact the landlady if you needed something extra or wanted to ask something. I think that 5 Euro extra for such a frugal breakfast is a ripoff! And you didn´t even get something to drink (e.g juice, milk etc.) but only coffe or tea. A bit hard on the children! The furnishing differed a lot between the rooms as well. In one of our rooms there was a huge bathroom, and in the other it was nearly impossible to shower at all, without drenching the floor and the toilet. |

Short walk to city centre and quiet neighbourhood. Rooms were clean and good comparing to the price and hostess was very kind and helpful. Nice place to stay :) Breakfast was quite poor for 5€. |

I've used this hotel twice so far, during two years. Both times the service was consistent: It was pleasant and friendly. The hotel is cozy, clean and located within minutes of walking from the busy beautiful touristic downtown, but still in quiet area. I will come back to this hotel again when I visit Brasov.. it is a special place. |

personal assistance & service, close to the center town. More professional or tradicional and less personal decoration. We prefer a key per client (not a key for room). Hair drier was missing. They was not any information about smoking or not smoking rooms. |

Localization, 8 min woke to old town. The smell of a dog at the yard was terrible. We had very small bathroom. The mattress was noisy. It was noisily at the room, walls aren't soundproof. |

the location is fine (a small walk to city center), the owner is very friendly and the deluxe room is amazing (xxl bed and private jacuzzi)... it's worth the price diference the breakfast is poor and Lupa (the dog) is noisy and scary... |

Ariana, the proprietor, has a warm and welcoming personality. The property is incredibly clean and well appointed, and our double room was a comfortable size. The walk to the adorable downtown pedestrian area - about 10 minutes - is very enjoyable (or will be when the street outside the pension is done), level and very safe. We are dog lovers - and Ariana has 2 - but 1, a German shepherd, is apparently solely an outside dog. The dog makes guests feel as if any trespassers definitely won't be coming into the pension, but he also barks A LOT and he isn't very responsive to attempts by the owner to quiet down. We were woken up or kept awake both of the nights we stayed. A fan in the room would be a welcome addition. |

It was a nice quiet location about 200 meters from the center. Room was big and cool and quiet. The gate is a little tricky to nagivate. |

Arriving by car we found the pension easily in the main street close to Old Town. The welcome was friendly and the accommodation good. The Pension also has free guarded parking. |
