I enjoyed my stay at Pension Santa Fe thanks to the friendly and helpful staff and the services. My room was spacious and clean.There is also a spa area with sauna,jacuzzi, fitness which helped me relax. The price-value is a fair one.I would return to this hotel.

Moderno, camere grandi Impossibile dormire la notte per le feste con karaoke, urla, ecc. Ecc. Nella sala ristorante dell'hotel. Abbiamo pernottato due notti ed è stato impossibile chiudere occhio fino 3-4 del mattino.

Prima colazione insoddisfacente per quantità e varietà, servita con esaperante lentezza. Hotel moderno, pulito, scelto come punto di partenza per le escursioni ai monasteri. Le coordinate gps fornite sono risultate errate.

Am stat 4 nopti intr-o perioada foarte calda. Aerul conditionat a functionat foarte bine, ceea ce mi-a oferit un confor din p.d.v. al temperaturii. Personalul este amabil si curatenia in camera se face zilnic. Asezarea hotelui la o intersectie de 2 sosele face ca nivelul zgomotului sa te oblige sa stai cu usile inchise. Se mai adauga si zgomotul frigiderului, care te poate trezi chiar din somn (solutie: il scoti din priza pe perioada noptii). Daca mai se serbeaza si o cumetrie, ai parte de "petrecere" si dupa miezul noptii. Daca dulapurile sunt inchise, trebuie sa impingi usa ca sa se deschida (nu au manere). Mocheta patata sau decolorata strica imaginea ambientului, care per ansamblu este buna.

Camera mare, bine dotata. Zgomot din strada, lipsa parcare, zona proasta departe de centrul orasului Suceava.Nu e un hotel de 4 stele, mai degrabă o pensiune. Lipsa lift! Wireless nu bate decat la parter.

Very friendly staff and a decent restaurant. Rooms pretty stark - nothing on the walls, carpet dirty. Glasses in bathroom not cleaned and blankets rather stained. A little cleanliness and some decoration would go a long way.
