Our room was clean, spacious & complete with a balcony and a fridge. The bathroom was very clean. The restaurant food was excellent and good value for money. Each of us received 20 lei credit for breakfast which was more than enough. We did not use the gym/spa facilities but they looked pretty good. |

Horel Stuff were most helpful, rooms are big and clean. Parking is secured. Free internet. Great breakfast and restaurant. Lack of elevator as I was travelling with my senior parents. Bathrooms is clean and new but could use more furniture. |

Staff has a great attention to details, professional, extermely helpful, and available 24 hours. Rooms are very clean and have porches, and quiet AC for cooling and heating with a remote control. Breakfast is great (free up to 20RON which is more than you can eat): Fresh juices, salads, etc.. Parking is free and secured, internet is free. Everything is new and clean. Great stuff, and great value for money. This is not a hotel, it is a pension with four stars, and should be regarded as a different class. It lacks an elevator making it difficult for disablities and senior people. Occasionally parties in the restaurants make it noisy, but not in the middle of the night. The rooms are huge, but missing some furniture to put your luggage. Bathroom could use an additional shelf or a cupboard to put your things in. |

Everything was really fine and nice, the room was large and well furnished, with air conditioning and had a balcony. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly (special mention for Larissa, thank you); the restaurant was good too. Summarizing, the hotel had all that was promised and even something more. No elevator (even if the receptionist carried one of the bags for us); only one remote control available to access the parking and it has to be given back to reception each you move, just a little bit annoying. |

The staff was helpful. Restaurant was fine Location, too far from center of city. Piped in music in restaurant was annoying. Not suitable for seniors, since no elevator and rooms are on various floors. |

The pension is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I did not like the surroundings but of what I have seen in Suceava, it might be typical. |

Curatel, mancare buna, parcare pazita, caldura in camera, spatiul larg al camerei, internet excelent prin cablu, patul matrimonial in care se doarme excelent, culoarea rosie purpuriu fericit aleasa care contrasteaza in avantajul camerei cu mobilierul de culoare neagra. Ar trebui un personal cu mai multe abilitati de comunicare desi s-a dovedit plin de solicitudine; evitarea situatiilor neplacute datorate nepregatirii camerei la ora de check-in - aceasta situatie cred ca se poate datora insuficientei personalului; spatiul de la receptie mic si inghesuit, lipsa ascensorului, un minibar extrem de sarac intr-un frigider neaflat in priza. |
