Spa did not work for the whole duration but we were charged in full,, light in the bathroom did not work as well and they did not come to replace it/ we used the phone torch. Limited/short of staff. Decent but limited breakfast, bad and or lack of communication throughout our 4 days stay. Outside rear view was poor ,from the room window bay area,full of debris, untidy . Location is great , parking needs a bit of improving . Rooms are big but you can hardly get into the bathroom as the narrow gap between basin and toilet becomes a challenge even for slender people, simply bad design . Many other clients had issues with Tv as it is a smart IPTV , 1000+ channels, incl Netflix etc. but it works inconsistently, anyway we were out skiing and visiting so we did not bother watching too much telly .we simply paid a bit too much given the issues, an average of €100/night between 2adults@2kids, for a large double room with breakfast. Spa makes a big difference in price , that's why we optioned for this chalet..

The location is good in the sense that it is at a crossroads in any direction. You can park the car inside the yard. The breakfast is a fixed dish that looks average but tastes way better. It was nothing spectacular, but it did the job.
