Phoenicia Express Hotel    

The design of the bathroom was excellent and also the w-fi internet connectivity was really good.

The staff are very helpful we used the hotel as are daughter had an early morning flight , really for airport departure or arrivals (not a city break hotel),

Great facilities, and easy parking, access to city and shopping mall,

Serving breakfast did not start until 7 am on Sunday morning when we had to leave early, so did not get breakfast.

The shower that did not give warm water for 5 minutes. The shower hose which had ruptures. The bath tub tap where the filter fell out. and to top it off: The empty Minibar

At first I was thinking at the big Phoenicia Grande hotel in Bucharest but this hotel is a little sister, free parking, free wi fi, helpfull staff. Heating super ok. My mark for this hotel is 7.5

Located into a field at 10 km from the aeroport on the bypass of bucharest. Cheap furniture, old carpets and beds problably form the other phoenicia. Bathtub was leaking all over. Beds like foor. Good for bring in a girl from the bypass.

Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.

Breakfast is fantastic. Large spaces, many lobby spaces, and more than decent spaces for smokers.

Cheerful, friendly staff; good service; heated pool even in winter; large rooms; room & restaurant very reasonably priced; close to Benasa shopping mall and Otopeni. The hotel will arrange reliable taxis with genuine meters.

A long way from the city centre, so if you're after nightlife, suggest you find somewhere in the city.

We have stayed in this hotel several times.We are satisfied with the staff, Hotel is close to airport.

We liked the staff and the facilities (nice swimming pool and sauna).

We didn't like the fitness area, which had only few devices, part of them out of order. The fitness hall was connected to the pool area and it had bad ventilation, leading to condensation.

Best place to stay near Otopeni. Nice rooms, wifi, great swimming-pool open till midnight. Perfect breakfast.

shortage of bath towels. room telephone not working in one of our rooms.electrics went off in my room three times in four days and no emergency lighting in room. not safe

It was close to the airport, only a 10 minutes ride, and I had to fly early in the morning, so I really appreciated it.

Staff: The receptionist was extremely impolite, she decided to ignore me staying in the line, and tried to explain me that I had to wait until she services someone else ho came after me. Cleanliness: The floor of our room was poorly cleaned. The hallway had a lot of garbage, the cleaning staff apparently only cleans it once a day, after dumping _all_ the dirt from _all_ the rooms in front of each door, which stays there for hours.

Friendly, helpful staff. Internet connection was awesome, no interruptions. Car park is free. The rooms are quite cozy and warm, a pleasure to stay into.

Was not so close to the airport as expected, but still only 10 min taxi drive.

Nice rooms, elegant and clean... SPA, with pool and sauna included (free access).

Soup was nice, grilled meat also, good portions. Good value for money. The bed was comfortable.

The bathtub was leaking. The shower could not be adjusted, because the bolt on it was broken. The room was a bit too dark because there were not enough bulbs. Hand towels were too thick, more like floor mats. The floor mat in the bathroom was dirty, and there was only 1 pair of slippers in the room. They didn't have adaptor for Ireland only for America.

Perfect place to stay, professional staff, very good restaurant, nice spa, excellent breakfast.

Great service, value for money, very good food, very nice room, good location for both airports - Otopeni and Baneasa.
