Nice and helpful staff, very rich breakfast, big lobby, good restaurant, no smoking areas Baneasa airport is only 10 minutes walking to hotel (5 min with taxi) - be careful of taxi drivers - i payed 100 RON (25€; 1 hour) to the hotel!!! But i saw half of Bucharest :))) From hotel to airport i payed honest price 5 RON (1,20€). Quite far to the centre...Going to RomExpo - honest taxi price is about 15-20 RON, not more! |

clean and modern with very friendly staff and a lot of wining and dining choices and close to the airport but in the city. large rooms and free internet a nice bonus and there are no smoking areas at least |

The location to the airport The hotel was advertised as having spa and gym facilities. It did not say I had to pay extra to use any facilities. Had I seen a statement to this effect, I would not have booked this hotel. When I arrived, I discovered that although I could use the gym, the spa facilities would have cost me and additional €8 each time I used them and the Jacuzzi and steam room were not working anyway. Because I travel on business, I always book hotels with all of these facilities as my evenings are spent in my room, so use of a gym and spa in the evenings are the parts of the day I always look forward to. I was in this hotel for two nights and left very disappointed. Also two of the restaurants listed on your site do not exist! |

Nice big rooms, clean sheets, good mattress, good pillow, welcome water, minibar reasonable prices, shaving and dental kit free of charge...close to the airport otopene.free internet bathroom is little simple, but OK . |

I especially booked the hotel for the use of sauna and wireless internet in the room. Sauna was worthless (not maintained), spa staff being unfriendly and not aware of sauna functions..Wireless internet in room was constantly cut off..so impossible to get good conference calls (part of my job) or even email check etc...Very positive was the welcome and service at the lobby bar..really 5* service. Sauna had to be paid..30 Ron..per session...In this kind of hotels it should be free for clients. Waiters in the hotel restaurant (I visited two of them) where constantly chewing (chewing gum) even while serving...I had the impression that a lot of the staff were new to the job...need a lot of training ! |

Location is good. Facilities such as spa, casino and night club is ok. The ugly sound bird on the reception. Lazy booking department who is not working during the weekends. |

It's a little outside town so there are 3 decent restaurants in the hotel itself if you don't want to venture out. Very spacious lobby, good for small meetings. Customer service is noticeably lacking throughout the service industry in Romania, in my vast experience. e.g. here; 2 female bar staff were tucking into large, mouthfuls of chocolate cake in their work area, which was clearly more interesting than my presence there. |

Toinen pää syy hotellin valintaan oli sijainti ja se oli merkitty booking.com sivun karttaan väärin. Hotellin piti kartan mukaan olla keskustassa, mutta seoli lähellä lentokenttää, noin 5km keskustasta pohjoiseen! |

Cunosc Phoenicia Grand Hotel de ceva timp. Constat ca in scurt timp a pierdut in ceeace priveste calitatea serviciilor si aspectul camerelor in general (de ex: in camera in care am stat chiuveta era ingalbenita, arsa de tigara). De asemenea inchiderea restaurantului Trattoria consider ca afecteaza imaginea hotelului. Nu am timp sa ma gandesc la ce se poate face in acest sens. Cred ca acest lucru tine de competenta hotelierilor. Ei trebuie sa gandeasca modalitatile de imbunatatire, de intampinare a nevoilor si dorintelor clientilor, avand acces direct la informatii prin contactul permanent cu acestia, prin prelucrarea informatiilor din comentariile din formular si nu in ultimul ramd din studierea evolutiei concurentei....Ar fi multe de spus dar nu am timp. |

Le confort des chambres, la présence de deux restaurants sur place, l'un plutôt international, l'autre libanais. Ce dernier est particulièrement bien en qualité prix et qualité de la cuisine. Loin du centre ville, mais proche des aéroports.; quelques bruits de moteurs d'avions, dans une des partie de l'hôtel, pendant une courte période. Pas vraiment gênant somme toute. |
