Mic dejun foarte bun si foarte variat (oua preparate sub toate formele, mezeluri diverse, branzeturi, mancare gatita, croissante, prajituri , cafea de diverse sortimente, sucuri naturale pregatite pe loc.....), camera destul de spatioasa si curata, angajati prietenosi in general si dornici sa ajute. O experienta generala foarte buna.... spatiul de la fitness nu este foarte mare

free parking - very near to airport - good location to travel all around bucarest and abroad - very quiet during the night - amazing breakfast, the best I ever had for this hotel category - quick and prepared receptionists

Mainly two things Room are very clean and the Breakfast is supper i never saw such great Breakfast in other hotels with variety and quality, and imagine you have 7 kind of fresh fruit juice, plus all kind of Food,beside the Hotel has a big big Lobby!! There was nothing I did not Like!!!

breakfast In the main lobby of the hotel there were 5-6 cages with Amazonian parrots who seemed (some of them) to feel uncomfortable in cages that were evidently too small for their size. It was a pitiful view.

The hotel is nice, big, well maintained. The small inconvinience became from the fact that they bloack you bigger (than the price of the room) amount from your credit card and later restore it. I don`t know why they do it, but it is anti-customer.

Great breakfast. The staf was disorganised. We were charged twice for a room. Although it was said the deposit would be 20 euros per room, we had to pay a deposit of 400 ron (about 95 euros) per room.

Location is good. Hotel is fairly clean. Staff is friendly but useless. Breakfast is very good. Most of the services were not in use. Billiards was out of service, Casino was out of service, Nightclub was out of service. Apparently, not enough people at the hotel for them to open these services. These services are only operated during peak times. Staff is friendly but totally useless. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others IF the services are operating. Otherwise, go else where.

Excellent staff, very convenient disposition of resturants and cafes , breakfast was one of the best I have ever encountered! :) The hotel is somewhat off the sightseeing track but is very well connected to the airport which is about 20 minutes by car from there. Very business-friendly place. I have chosen a smoking room and one could tell it was such ; despite the excellent ventilation the smell lingers.

the breakfast is amazing, the best in Bucharest I dare say... besides, staff is amazing as well, they were nice enough to allow us a free late check-out, I really did appreciate this the spa needs more investment and cleanness...jacuzzi was dirty, sauna didn't function...so from that point of view it was dissapointing
