I especially booked the hotel for the use of sauna and wireless internet in the room. Sauna was worthless (not maintained), spa staff being unfriendly and not aware of sauna functions..Wireless internet in room was constantly cut off..so impossible to get good conference calls (part of my job) or even email check etc...Very positive was the welcome and service at the lobby bar..really 5* service. Sauna had to be paid..30 Ron..per session...In this kind of hotels it should be free for clients. Waiters in the hotel restaurant (I visited two of them) where constantly chewing (chewing gum) even while serving...I had the impression that a lot of the staff were new to the job...need a lot of training ! |

Location is good. Facilities such as spa, casino and night club is ok. The ugly sound bird on the reception. Lazy booking department who is not working during the weekends. |

It's a little outside town so there are 3 decent restaurants in the hotel itself if you don't want to venture out. Very spacious lobby, good for small meetings. Customer service is noticeably lacking throughout the service industry in Romania, in my vast experience. e.g. here; 2 female bar staff were tucking into large, mouthfuls of chocolate cake in their work area, which was clearly more interesting than my presence there. |

Sleeping, I am too tired to do something else there. The access to the hotel is difficult with all these fences and barriers all around. |

buona posizione per chi ha necessità di soggiornare nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto di Baneasa. Il servizio di ristorazione inclusa la colazione è ottimo e ben gestito. |

Der Empang war sehr unfrundlich genau so wie Restaurant.Keiner wollte uns informationen geben. Wir müssten alles selber machen. Das Hotel war ok nur alles andere war schlecht. Das Hotel ist 10 km von Stadtzentrum entfernt, obwohl es steht das es nahr an Stadtzentrum liegt.Und Flughafen ist 2 km entfernt,lasst euch nicht abzocken von Taxi fahrer. Es kostet 25 Lei,und nich 200 Lei wie die das von uns verlangt haben. |

Ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet und ein gutes libanesiches Restaurant. Der Internet Zugang via W-Lan ist im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Außerdem gibt es einen Wellnessbereich, der aber leider zu früh schließt. DieZimmer sind unsauber und die Badezimmer erfüllen nur den Europastandart eines 3 Sterne Hotels. Der Service an der Reception ist eine Katastrophe. Die Zimmermädchen neigen dazu, morgens um 8 Uhr unaufgefordert das Zimmer zu betreten, obwohl sie das nach dem dritten Mal hätten wissen sollen. Die lage des Hotels ist nicht für Städtereisende geeignet. Der Nachtclub im Hotel ist reine Abzockerei. |

la prima colazione e di ottima qualita, la ricezione e molto elegante, il parcheggio ampio le camere devono essere piu pulite, il parcheggio gratuito per i clienti, non e facile capire dov'e il ristorante per la prima colazione, i televisori troppo piccoli e troppo lontani |

Abrechnung in Landeswährung und nicht - wie gebucht - in Euro. Bei stark schwindsüchtigen Währungen erhöhen sich somit die Kosten erheblich. |

gute Lage (für Business, nicht für Städtetrip), einzelne service-kräfte sind sehr bemüht; ein gutes und ein schlechtes restaurant, personal grenzwertig, fragwürdig ist der night-club im hotel (erinnert an etwas andere einrichtungen), sauberkeit der zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig; |
