The breakfast was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the steam room in the spa. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The beds in the four star rooms are incredibly hard. It's a shame that everything else about the Plaza V is great, but it lacks the most important element in a hotel - comfortable beds.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable. We had an early flight and they packed us all with breakfasts to take with us!! Hotel is also very well appointed and stylish

the window had some problems i guess as outside was very cold i felt the draught of cold air all night , the blancket was too small for 2 persons

Everything. The staff were wonderful and spoke superb English whilst also having a great sense of humour. All the rooms were different but were stylish, clean and good fun. The highlight of our trip was the breakfast which was first class.

probably the best choice in town, perfect location, excellent value for the money

Excellent stylish new hotel. Spacious rooms, Samsung TV on wall, large luxury bathroom, great spa and fitness suites. Large restaurant, free high-bandwith Wi-Fi through hotel. Cetrally located on main street, 300 metres from the cathedral, Palace of Culture Romania is amazing value - this luxury hotel was approx. 60 Euros per night including breakfast !!!. HINT: You can fly directly into Turgu Mures airport, some 15Km from the town centre with the low-cost carrier Whizz Air via London Luton.

The rather curious lighting in rooms makes working / reading difficult. LED ligiting near door but no ceiling lights around desk and wall / deaks lamps have small halogen bulds with very limited spread - and get very hot to touch - indeed I burnt my fingers when moving the lamp.

Very trendy hotel in the middle of the city.Were upgraded to a suite which was very nice.

Very good services, pleasant stuff, the diversity of room type and the posibility to choose.

It was possible to choose your room on a computer screen on arrival. Breakfast room service was included in the price. Really good value.

Friendly staff. Although we departed very early, the staff offered and prepared a packed breakfast for us. Excellent facilities. We recommend this hotel very highly!

One very minor thing the setee in the reception area is uncomfortable to sit on.
