The staff is awesome and they have helped me with all the needed requirements. Its not a real 5 star hotel but a 4 star it can be rated.

The Tv's should be replaced with newer ones and also the channel grid is very poor.

The beautiful decoration , elegant and relaxing, the very nice view from the terrace. At the front desk, I would like to mention the very kind and friendly service of the young Lady - Antonia. I would go back to this Hotel with pleasure, anytime .

Been honest it was bad experiance. If you want to have good time book ioana hotel in siniai. This hotel is not 5 star more like -5 star.

Owner was smokeing sisha next to our dinner table. This wad bad after swimming pool is dirty. Sauna is dirty jucussie is dirty pleaes if u likd your money book ioana hotel its a 5 star you will get 5 star tretment.

It's hard to say something good about this 'hotel'. Probably the only positive fact was some relatively nice reception staff and a relatively nice location.

Everything is wrong with this hotel. It deserves maximum 3 stars, ugly, kitsch and old design, badly maintained, silly bathroom design in some rooms (wc bowl placed in a shower cabin???), dirty and smelly restaurant, bad breakfast ... I could write pages about how bad this hotel is - definitely not a 5 stars. Please change it's rating accordingly so other people will not be fooled by it's exaggerated stars rating and the photos that are certainly misleading.

If you do not expect 5 stars as advertised, but a normal 4 star one, you will be happy with the choice. We had a room for 70 eur per night, including breakfast and a 70ron voucher for dinner, for this money it is definetely valuable.

The toilet was not cleaned when we came in the room, although the paper "disinfected" was there. The breakfast is rather poor - although everything is there, seems it is the low end range of food... Swimming pool was not impressing by clean water, I did not dare to let my kids in, although we had some friends who did and it was ok. All in all, as stated already, this is by far not a 5 star hotel but it can be enjoyable if you get a decent rate and have the right expectations.

Ok. All you need for short holiday.

Located close to main street with very nice mountain view.Clean with nice personel.They also upgrade to an appartment without pay extra. Rich breakfast options.Pool water very hot in winter time.

Hotel have very poor maintenance(no investments) for the claimed 5 stars: -No LCD in rooms (old tube TV)with faulty remote -Shower support not properly fixed. -Faulty window sealings.(very could on the bed winow side). -poor finish of forged steel furniture(I scratch my hand during sleeping on metal side). -Missing bulb lights (everywhere in the hotel and pool area ) -very cold in pool area with not "clear" water in the pool.(faulty water treatment systems) -drain on the pool shower clog. -Home use toaster (every morning busy//at least they can use 2home use toasters) no conveior. In general poor maintenance.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi were in perfect conditions. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. All rooms have terraces, the views are spectacular. Within walking distance once can enjoy a stroll in the woods. All in all we had a lovely stay in Predeal Comfort Suites and we'll be coming back for sure.

Nothing that it use to be, far away to be 5 stars hotel!

The view is fantastic and it is quiet, well away from the noisy main road which goes through the city further down the hill. The bed was very comfortable, big with excellent madras and very nice satin/silk linen. I was upgraded to en suite without extra costs. The terrace was nice and well furnished.

The pool is rather small, so only for relaxing, not for exercise. The walk from the city is very dark after sunset. I missed whole grain bred and black tea at the breakfast buffet.

It was nothing I really liked, but I found the place being ..... acceptable

The suite we stayed in ( no 513 at the 5th floor ) was okay, enough space in the room the bed was pretty big clean sheets and a 2 person jacuzzi tub near the bed. No balcony but great view from the windows. Also we enjoyed the indoor pool of the hotel.

Prices are very high for food and drinks and you cant find any international dishes just lebanese which is quite disturbing. Also to keep the 5 stars rating they should invest a little more, things are pretty old and used.

Pozitionat excelent,usor de ajuns,cu multe facilitati pentru recreere,cu vedere excelenta spre Predeal.

Pacat ca hotelul este prost intretinut,(mobilier deteriorat,la baie apa nu are presiune ,scurgerea apei este foarte groaie,liftul nu functioneaza,eu am fost cazata la etajul 4),fara halate si papuci in camera,a fost nevoie sa cer(asa e normel la 5 stele?),la sala de forta nici un aparat nu functiona normal,fiecare avea cate o hiba.Toate acestea pot fi verificate in cazul in care cineva este interesat.......Ma asteptam la mai mult pentru un hotel de 5 stele.Am vazut hoteluri de 3 stele mai bune ca asta.Nu as mai merge la acest hotel.

Camerele sunt spatioase si intime in acelasi timp.

Faptul ca am trit amintiri din vremea cin era un hotel de top,pacat.

Faptul ca in camere sunt capcane la tot pasul ca te poti taia in zabrelele rupte de la pat ca mi am rupt pantaloni si nu mi a dat banii pe ei ca nu am putut face baie la piscina ca nu era nimeni sa suprvegheze ca tipau uni ca timpiti ,ca in jacuzzi era apa murdara si plina de par ,etc

un loc minunat de relaxare alaturi de o persoana speciala. mic dejun cu accente libanese dar suficient si diversificat.

personalul foarte atent si receptiv la toate doleantele noastre; am fost impresionata de stilul, aranjamentul deosebit al camerelor, respectiv patul cu baldachin si ornamentele din fier forjat, spatiul, balconul pe care puteai sta fara probleme si cand ploua si batea vantul afara, mancare deosebit de bine pregatita, am fost rasfatati si cu suplimente dulci din partea bucatarului. Totul exceptional! Recomand cu mare placere!

temperatura apei din piscina - 28 grade mi s-a parut cam scazuta, iar iluminatul cu senzori este incompatibil cu SPA-ul
