Food quality and assortment in the restaurant is high level, with good value. Room is OK, huge amount of TV channels. :) Correct mini bar. Safe parking is limited. Bathroom could be better, there is no lamp for cosmetic purposes. To much noises and light at night, night strip club too loud if door was opened (till 5 a.m....). |

The housekeeping was wonderfur The people at the front desk were rude and indifferent and thought that working there was beneath them but they really should have been working on a garbage truck as that is where they would not have to speak to paying customers. |

The room was well presented and spacious. It was very noisy throughout the night with a large amount of door banging and other unidentified noises, a disturbed nights sleep resulted. Staff did not provide an alarm call which was requested for 0400. |

I stay here each time when visiting Cluj since 3 years.There are many nice-looking,better located hotels of same price range but I've never tempted2change.I feel secure,calm,pampered here.At each visit signs of continuous maintenance and continuous implementation of new things/improvements in interior&services. Owner greeted me by"welcome home" last week-well,that's it! Love the place&people 1. Lack of elevator which front desk staff compensates at 100% but I don't feel nice seeing them tortured by my always huge baggage/ 2. Night bar- seems female are not welcome here so no way to spend part of the night on site;if a female would like to chill out, should move to city center (quick&cheap by taxi)./3.Gym room would be a plus |

Camera in care am stat noi era foarte spatioasa (nu toate camerele erau la fel) si mi-a placut ca au fost tot timpul atenti la curatenie. A fost si foarte linistit, nu am fost niciodata deranjati de zgomot. Au existat unele detalii de design care stricau aspectul de 4* al camerei. De asemenea, cred ca la serviciile de masa se mai poate imbunatati ceva. |

lokalizacja niedaleko trasy przez Rumunię do Słonecznego Brzegu miła obsługa czyste pokoje, dobre i obfite śniadanie, można płaci w euro i kartą brak parkingu hotelowego, auta parkuje się na ulicy przed hotelem, przydałby się parking strzeżony |

Der Service beim Frühstück war mangelhaft. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde umgebaut. Die Klimaanlage war nicht gut. Die Lage im Gewerbegebiet kommt bei der Beschreibung nicht zur Sprache. Der 4 Sterne Standard war nicht gegeben. |

Das etwas außerhalb gelegene Hotel, an dem gerade noch gearbeitet wurde, war von Service und Ausstattung her sehr gut. |

Hotelmitarbeiter zuvorkommend und bemueht. Sehr behilflich. Restaurant sehr gut. Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Nichts zu beanstanden. Sind am Renovieren das es wird investiert um den Standard zu halten Limitierte Parkplätze vor Hotel |

L'hotel est bien situé avec un restaurant fumeur et non fumeur avec un bon accès internet wifi Démarrage du groupe éléctrogène a 23h30 en face de ma chambre suite à une coupure. |
