The hotel staff are very nice. The location of the hotel is very good, a few minutes walk to the United Square and Metro station. The price is also reasonable. |

The girls at the reception were really nice. The room was good, clean with a nice air conditioner... The problem is where this hotel is... in the middle of nowhere in Bucharest. It´s a bit frightening. Also, everyone smoked inside the hotel, staff, guests... horrible and not very nice. |

The room was clean and comfortable and it was great having 24 hour access to the bar facilities. If i'd stayed longer I would have liked to have tried the spa facilities as they looked good. The staff were generally very helpful It was not in a particularly great street and directions to the centre were not easy to obtain, although it was within 10 minutes walk if you knew where to go. The airport pickup did not run as smoothly as I would have liked and the driver charged more than the hotel quoted. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke good English. It felt like a secure place to be staying. The cigarette smoke, the smell from the bathroom and the noise inside the room from the boiler. |

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. It was very close to the House of the People, which is definitely a place worth visiting. We lost our hot water but the lady at the front desk promptly came to fix it for us. |

It is a lovely place right in the center of the city with access to everything within walking distance. Staff are amazingly helpful; they are the major asset in this establishment It is more like "areas of improvement": 1- Phones have to be accessible in the rooms; it is really unbeleivable that I had to go to the reception to receive a call from my wife, of course I couldn't talk with all the people at the reception hearing what I am saying 2- rooms have to have an iron and ironing board, it is essential for business travelers |

The prime location (just a stone's throw away from downtown), there's a bus from Otopeni airport that takes you practically directly to the hotel. The neighbourhood seemed peaceful (lest the stray dogs that are quite aggressive). Our room was neat and cozy. Most of the people at the reception were very helpful. The price was more than reasonable, they could easily ask a higher price. -- |

Very large room (living w/ kitchenette, bedroom, walk-in closet, large bathroom) for the price of a small business room in a 'normal' hotel Towels have had their best days...but then again, the price was ok. Room was not pre-heated, but I guess that is normal. There was noo one-time shampoo or soap in the room |

Big apartment with lots of space A new building is build right next to the prince residence. So loud hammering and drilling will wake you up at about 07:30. |

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good. There was air conditioning. It was great having an apartment rather than a hotel room The breakfast was very poor and very poor value. The kitchen was not very well equipped. I got a bill in local currency but was charged in euros on my credit card which I did not notice. That means I pay double exchange rate and it is poor practice. |

Good location and room size. The staff was helpful. The prices (including the cafe and shuttle service) were above normal which seemed to indicate that they were raising prices for tourists. For instance, a cab ride to the airport costs $25 at the most (and we secure one for less every time), but they charged almos$50 for the same service. Also, there was only one towel in the room and they charged 5 Euro per extra towel. |

I loved my apartment - instead of a single I received a 2 room apartment, tastefully furbished, with a wonderful terrace with a view on the park. Great internet connection! Really nice personnel! Central location. Since it was an apartment with an equipped kitchen, it would have been lovely to have some coffee for the coffee machine or tea - I don't really carry coffee with me, so I couldn't use anything... Location: although central, it is quite close to a poor area which I was told is not that safe at night. No problems in the daytime. Breakfast was simple and tasty, but not worth 7 euros. |
